On our site, front-end submissions by the rem_property_agent role (CPT rem_property) always end up Pending, and the “Publish” option never appears. Your docs mention Feature #18 (User Listing Publish Ability or Pending), but we can’t find this setting under Settings → Submissions.

Capabilities already granted to the agent role: publish_rem_properties, edit_rem_properties, edit_published_rem_properties, plus generic publish_posts, etc.

Could you please confirm:

Where to enable this feature in the current version?

The exact capabilities required for the “Publish” option to show on the front end?

An official hook/filter to force default submission status to publish?

Hi. This plugin looks great. I do have a few questions to help with my assessment and was hoping you could provide some follow up.

- Do you provide access to the various shortcode available.

- Can i edit the map location ( as an example if I wanted to relocate the map in “grid view with map” from the top of the page to right side – beside the listings.

- If I want to create categories example rental units listed by property or rental units listed by vacancy – can i do this either through the existing features or via shortcode.

- Can I exclude the calculator from the listing page if preferred, and or edit to show debt servicing calculator.

- Can I create a page via short code or filter search to show a specific property and vacant rentals units in that property.

- edit search options to allow for search of vacant units, rental price, bedrooms, property location.

Is it possible to use a shared property database between multiple subsites within the same multisite network?

My goal is to manage one central inventory of properties and display them across two different websites (each being a subsite in a WordPress multisite setup), without duplicating content or syncing two separate databases.

Would your plugin allow this kind of setup natively, or would it require customization?

We’re having an issue when using these two shortcodes together:

[realestatepro_advance_search]

[listing_layout_style_1]

The “Advance” part of the search won’t work. And the list of properties doesn’t show correctly.

Looking through some of the comments here on Code Canyon, it looks like others are having the same issue.

Is there a fix to this?

I have just bought and installed the plugin and I’m using this shortcode to show grid with search. [listing_layout_grid_left_filter] But in the left form appear the categories. The issue is the category filter only applies to already shown properties.
