One question, is there a prevention from file to be deleted from an employee?

That happens on permissions level (straight from Google).

couldnt make it work! It doesnt create automatically the config folder, and after doing it manually it starts to loop to an unknown page.

Please work your issue with the support team. This is not the default and expected behavior of our module.

Hi, we are inquiring about the suggestions commenter @ZENICS gave you 4 months ago. We too need these same feature abilities:

1. Be able to create folder and sync just the specific folders.

2. Real-Time Collaboration, editing in real-time with assigned user on file.

3. Be able to share specific file with staff and customer.

4. Creating notification on customer platform that they have a documentation that needs review or checked.

5. Create an email template for clients/staff when we are sharing documents. It goes through with a branded email with the Google Linked attached.

What is the status of these needed improvements?

We have already added most of them in our evaluation board. We will notify this comment in case they are added to our backlog.

can you assign docs or spreadsheets to customers accounts?

If you add their emails in the shared list, they will gain direct access through their Google account. We inherit permission system of Google.

Any plan to add google calendar synchronization on this module?

Thats not currently on our plans – but it might be added in a future version.

Hello, can you add Gmail integration as well?

I know you have a mailbox module, but it doesn’t work well with Gmail. I have it, tried it, and not much, but if you make the integration here with Gmail, it would be awesome.

Our Mailbox module works flawlessly with Gmail IMAP.

Gmail integration is kinda outside of this module’s scope.

Nope, it doesn’t, and I tried so many ways with no use! Anyway, I made my peace with it, so no worries.

Its a pity. We have tons of working examples with Gmail’s IMAP. You shall consider asking for help from the support team.

Will it work with Free Google Accounts (Gmail Accounts) or Google Workspace only with the Official Domain based IDs Only.

Yes, it works with the free version aswell.

When will you include gmail?

This is not a mail client – we have another module for Gmail and related services (Mailbox module)

I purchased the Google Workspace Integration Module for Perfex CRM. However, I am facing an issue where I am unable to edit Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Slides within Perfex CRM. While I can view the files, the editing functionality does not seem to be working. I have checked the API configuration and permissions, but the issue persists. Could you please provide guidance on how to enable editing within the module?

Its sales here, we cannot do much. I csn confirm that things should work as expected and what you claim is not being reproduced at the local copy I just tested.

Did you added the feature as Share entire google folder? And Staff can also create doc or sheet as they want inside the shared folder?

An ongoing update will be launched within February, introducing Google Drive, Slides and Forms support.

One Drive is currently on our to-dos (with no ETA yet), but Microsoft Products are not.

Hello, if I have a constantly updating google sheet – is it possible to use this module to upload data from it to the leads section (without module I can import leads via csv). and is there any way to separate already imported leads from new ones?

Our module is dynamically connected with your Sheets through Google Drive/Sheets API. Changes (even real time ones) are supposed to be seen instantly inside Perfex.

this is not exactly the answer to my question. does sync work with leads section or not? I need info from google sheets to be loaded into leads. IMPORTANT: I don’t have the ability to change column names in the source table. will it work in my case?

It’s a good start, I just purchased your script, but a lot of features that might be really beneficial to this is missing. So here are my suggestions.

Our module will fetch your Docs/Sheets and not your account’s structure.

Hi is it possible to add relations to clients and projects?

Thats not something that comes prebuilt, but it can achieved with the help of a developer.

hello, can we use multi google drive account by using this module?

One account can be connected there to have its files fetched – but multiple accounts can access the sheets/docs, according to the sharing options of them.

i think i finally found the themesic module that can help me. with my presales answer of seasability with out sending me to the support forum as i havent bought this yet and need to make sure it works before i buy and submit a ticket

i have ready made fillable pdf forms .. what i want to do is have a place in perfex where my users can fill them out and the data be available in my perfex dashboard or better yet sent to google sheets are available offline in the even that we dont have an internet connection

i already bought the zapier module from you so im assuming that with that i can have my users fill out the jotforms and pull the data into perfex crm or into google sheets
