Hi, I have some questions about including new payment gateways for my country. Do you offer that service? Another question: How are the rates charged for trips calculated? I need to be able to set non-negotiable rates for some cases and negotiable rates for others. Also, can rates be set by zone and time? Another question: Do you manage locations in the background? In that case, are there any issues publishing apps on iOS and Android stores?.
Another thing I’d like is to use OpenStreetMap instead of Google Maps, because it’s free, and I don’t want to pay Google anything until I can justify it. I also don’t know how much they’ll charge me, given that I’m new to these types of apps. What Google Maps APIs do you use in your app? And which of those APIs can be replaced with other free and/or cheaper ones that also work correctly for users?

Yes, we do offer customization services. If you’d like us to integrate a new payment gateway, we can handle it as a separate custom request.
The pricing is configured based on kilometers, and the script also includes a zoning feature.
We haven’t encountered any issues with publishing the application. In fact, we’ve successfully published apps on both the Play Store and App Store.
OpenStreetMap is already integrated into the script. As for Google Maps, their billing structure is quite complex and based on several factors. Unfortunately, we’re unable to estimate costs accurately—Google would be the best source for that information.
We do have clients handling high traffic volumes, but we’re unable to reach out to them regarding their charges. We appreciate your understanding.

I am interested in the app. I have the following questions before purchasing: I don’t want the booking the cab function so is it possible to disable it? It is possible to see nearby taxi or van and when rider clicks or select then they can see their phone number and Whatsapp and ability to message them? When the message is sent out then it contains the name of the rider, date and time in case for later day or time? I don’t want any payments method but just cash then is it way to disable other payments method? Review of driver is available? Maybe a membership functionality for driver that they pay maybe monthly or yearly?

Yes it does but another issue is driver not found in my area error even when Iv created a driver and again , why will a driver be able to create a ride?
