1. Documentation & Workflow In the latest update, we have updated the documentation for the Dispatcher Panel booking workflow, covering ride creation driver assignment flow.

2. Currently, fleet owners do not have a separate admin panel; fleet management is handled within the existing admin panel.

3. Multi Currency Support Cabme supports one active currency per application by default. Region based or multi-currency operations are not available right now, but they can be implemented with custom development, depending on business requirements such as pricing, wallets, and payouts. Implementing multi-currency in Cabme is possible, but it introduces some technical and operational challenges Like: -Fare calculation and conversion for rides, rentals, and parcels services -Wallet and payment management -Discount handling -Ensuring consistency across Driver & Customer apps These challenges that we can can face, but require careful planning and backend + app updates.

Can your system determine prices based on zones?

Yes you can use for motorcycle too as a vehicle type. Currently we don’t have zone wise pricing.

1. Does it support Pix payments through Mercado Pago or other providers?

2. Is there a built-in feature for surge/dynamic pricing (fare multiplier based on demand/time/area)?

4. Does real-time tracking rely heavily on Google Maps API calls? If so, can you provide an estimate of the API usage per ride?

5. If a driver cancels after accepting a ride, does the system automatically search for a replacement driver?

1. Currently, we don’t have that feature, but it is in our pipeline and will be added in the next release.

2. We have an admin setting that allows you to choose when the Google Map location should be updated. After the specified time, Pusher will automatically send a request to update the driver’s location.

And does the system support using OpenStreetMap or other free providers for route calculation and live tracking, or is Google Maps API mandatory for distance and time estimations?

Here is my concern, If the live tracking is updated every 5 seconds, it makes 180 calls in a 15-minute trips.

100 trips a day: 18.000 calls per day. 540.000 per month. It costs 2.700 usd per month. So I’m looking for an economic way.

I’m unable to test the driver app because it says I haven’t been approved yet. When I access the demo backend, no data appears—so I’m wondering if the app is connected to a different backend than the one you presented.

In the user app, when I try to place a delivery request, it says the operation was successful, but the request doesn’t show up in the bookings list. The map is also somewhat unresponsive, and the frontend looks slightly different from the demo—some small elements like the notification icon and search icon are missing.

This is everything I’ve tested so far. If you’re currently performing updates, please let me know, as I’m unable to test many of the features at the moment

Hi! Yes, it’s a complete and fully functional Flutter application that comes with a working admin panel. It’s not just a template — everything you see in the demo is included and functional. No extra coding is needed to activate the core features.

However, while the source code is fully provided, it’s not open source in the sense of being free for redistribution — it’s a licensed product. You can customize and use it as per the license, but it’s not “free” open source.
