Do add the option for department wise income and expenses for eg. If any department like eye, medicine, surgery or operation theatre needs any kind of things to purchase they can issue an indent with selection of department income or hospital income to use that for purchasing specific item for their department….. And should reflect to purchasing office to purchase specific item

Is this a SAAS hospital management system?
Smart Hospital currently doesn’t have an SAAS version; however, we are working on its SAAS version, and it will take time to release and is expected to release by this year end (but don’t consider it as a final date).
I am interested in purchasing your Smart Hospital Management System for veterinary clinics. After reviewing your product and license options, I have some questions regarding the differences between the Regular License ($59) and Extended License ($999):
1. Does the software contain the exact same technical features and modules in both license types, or are there any features that are only available in the Extended License?
2. My understanding is that the main difference is related to commercial rights – with Regular License, end users cannot be charged to use the software, while with Extended License, they can be charged. Is this correct?
3. More specifically, does your software have modules that allow clinic patients/pet owners to register accounts, make online appointments, view medical records, or make payments? If yes, are these modules fully functional in the Regular License but just can’t be monetized?
4. In my case, I’m planning to help set up and customize the system for 3 different veterinary clinics. Would it be compliant with your licensing terms if I purchase a separate Regular License for each clinic ($59×3), and charge them for my implementation services, as long as they don’t charge their end users for using the software?
1. Yes all technical features and modules are same in both regular and extended licenses of Smart Hospital.
2. Yes you understand it correctly.
3. Yes all the modules like register accounts, make online appointments, view medical records, or make payments are available and fully functional, however if you have any questions about the features or modules, we are here to assist you.
4. Yes you should purchase 3 regular license for each clinic and charge them for implementation services and if you are acquiring three licenses for three separate clients, we advise you to purchase Smart Hospital from CodeCanyon by setting up accounts for your clients and sharing the license access information with them. We have noticed that sometimes service providers purchase Smart Hospital for their clients, and if they later stop managing those clients, the clients may face challenges in renewing support and receiving assistance from us because they don’t have access to their license account on codecanyon. Thus, it is preferable to purchase Smart Hospital for your clients through their own accounts and names.
Any possibility for launching admin app?
Before you purchase, this software is for very small scale hospital, it won’t fully automated your hospital alot of manual work still needed, once you start depend on it it will misbehave, when you send them telling them , records of patient disappeared, they will ask for screenshot how you give screenshot for something disappear, and will tell you from our end we see everything is working , if you see something else send screenshot, and then you will give up

Please note that to fix your reported issue, it must be visible or identified on our side; otherwise, we are unable to inspect the reported issue. In your current case, we have asked screenshot or screen recording or any other clue to identify the issue you are facing, but you have said that if that record disappears, then how can you provide a screenshot? Those are genuine answers; we can understand it, but you know very well. Smart Hospital is hosted and running on your own server, and you manage it yourself, so if there is any sudden record disappearance or missing data that we are unable to handle, however, in Smart Hospital we have provided an automated data backup option. Using it, you can create database backups on your time frequency. This data backup is helpful in such cases of accidental or unexpected data loss. So further causes of data loss can be inspected. Another data backup option is available on your hosting servers. Your support ticket is still under observation, so we are requesting you to please carry on with your support ticket and cooperate with us to identify how the record was missing.
Kindly try to add reciept number for every payment details if single procedure or any single charges and reciept number for combined charges
can it work like prepaid ? patient has to pay to be treated for all services?
In the Smart Hospital, almost all module bills function on a prepaid basis; however, the IPD module allows for a credit limit upon patient admission, facilitating the addition of a credit bill that can be settled later.

However, when attempting to create the super user, the process falls back to the same page, instead of completing the installation and redirecting to the super admin dashboard as outlined in the documentation.

Kindly add discount option for hospital employee so that a hospital can mark their employees as staff dependent if they want to show to doctor as in opd also section for showing staff/employee discount options where to give and how much percentage to be given in all payments or any kind of bill… For e.g ECHS has 25% to pay for total amount and 30% discount on pharmacy or any discount on any department for hospital employee

I advise you to move the overall patients’ list to the administrative area instead of putting it all the way down under the setup area. It’s too far.
This alone is causing a lot of issues for the users. Because the doctors want to be able to take a full grip of the overall treatment history of the patient in one place, instead of going back and forth, searching through OPD and IPD in different places.
Let it be at the top of the dashboard area, just before OPD and IPD. That’s the best place for it.

Also, make sure that if you click on any module under each patient’s profile, it takes you to the exact patient’s page of that module.
Currently, this works with only OPD and IPD. But it doesn’t work with other modules. For instance, if you click on pathology, it doesn’t take you to the exact pathology page of the patient. It takes you to the pathology list of all patients

We don’t understand why paying customers are ignored when asking questions, while non-buyers get answers? IS the DICOM Image Vewer promised since last year was not integrated in the Version 5.0 — will it finally be included in the June , july update? Our clients are still waiting because we had announced it to them since last year.

Thank you for your response, which I take into consideration but You replied after 4 days but my main question — namely, whether the DICOM Image Viewer will finally been integrated or not in the upcoming June/July update — remains unanswered. It’s simply a follow-up on a feature that was supposed to be included in the August 2024 update, but still hasn’t been implemented. A clear update would be greatly appreciated, since we had communicated this information to our clients based on your original announcements.
Thanks for your patience, we have reviewed Orthanc server and its web viewer library it seems good and we can implement it in Smart Hospital but for customer point of view its very hard to setup and configure Orthanc server by Smart Hospital customer who don’t have sufficient technical skills that is the reason we don’t think this Orthanc server implementation cost will be cover even if we will release this feature as a paid addon. However if you still want to use Orthanc server as dicom viewer in Smart Hospital through its paid customization then please contact to us through our support portal.
