hello, We used the plugin in one of our site. We feel that plugin is bit heavy, not light weight. Please clarify. Also please make UX-UI more minimalist and clear. It bit clutters like links below to other products. It should be clean and neat.
Regards
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We can take it into consideration for future updates. Could you please clarify more about what you’d like to improve or what feels cluttered on your end and how you want them to be?
Best regards.
can we reduce the total flag box in [woo_multi_currency_plain_vertical_2]?
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I’m sorry I don’t understand, what do you mean by “reduce the total flag box”?
Best regards.
Hello, i noticed issues with currency with Flycart Discount Rules. It does not calculate the correct currency conversion for Simple Cart discount rule. Is this compatible with it?
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I supposed you’re referring to the plugin Discount Rules for WooCommerce by Flycart. If yes, our plugin is compatible with some features of it, particularly: Bulk discount (percentage + fixed), Product adjustment (percentage + fixed), Cart adjustment (percentage discount only). Could you please create a support ticket on this Support Forum so we can take a direct look?
Best regards.
I am not able to create a ticket as my support has ended quite some time ago. I am happy to renew but want to make sure if you can solve the issues before I go for another currency plugin.
Can you have a look at the message I sent via your profile?
If you can solve the bundle issues without the currency applying “double” I am good to renew. Thanks.
My message: Hello Angela,
Thanks for looking into this.
The issue is with Discount Rules of 20% discount on spend over X amount does not apply when I switch currency.
Secondly, I have an order bump on checkout which when they add it, the currency does double calculation on it.
Finally, the currency applies “double” to bundle products as I need the sales to be allocated to the individual bundled products rather than the bundle itself. (Which is why I am using another bundle plugin instead of BOPO).
I have attached a video of the issue i am facing too. I will renew if this is solvable. Thanks
Hi,
Thanks for your message! And don’t worry – Please go ahead and create a support ticket, as we’re unable to investigate compatibility issues properly through private messages or email.
Also, no need to renew your support just yet. Let our dev team take a direct look first and see what can be done regarding the bundle and currency issue. Once we confirm things on our end, you can decide how to move forward.
Looking forward to your ticket

Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I don’t encounter this issue on my site. Please create a support ticket on this Support Forum. I’ll be checking.

Hi, I have pre-purchase questions.
I want to set the product price in two currencies 1. INR for Indian customers and 2. USD for all other countries and these will be fixed (No exchange calculation required).
Then I will create a pricing table to display the Regular Price (In strikes-through format) and Sale Price.
Do you provide any shortcode to display both the Regular Price (In strikes-through format) and the Sale Price?
2. Conditional Payment Gateway – I want to make available RazorPay for Indian customers and PayPal for other customers.
Thank You
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
For the first inquiry, I’m afraid we don’t have shortcode for it or interfere the price format at all. It’s WooCommerce price format and our plugin doesn’t change it.
As for the payment method inquiry, in the premium plugin, you can use the Change currency follow feature combining with Currency by Payment method. For more details, please see this short tutorial: https://youtu.be/YiFz-Kqe2XI?si=zg3IRa7DRch1Q5I_&t=78
Best regards.
Dear Team,
I have renewed the support, and it is reflecting correctly on Envato. However, your page still shows it as expired and is prompting me to renew.
Additionally, I am facing an urgent issue with the plugin. I updated it to the latest version (2.3.7), but the checkout page is not displaying the correct currency amounts for devalued currencies such as CAD, AED, and INR. These currencies are not reflecting the correct exchange rates against the dollar, while currencies like EUR and GBP, which are valued against the dollar, are working fine.
This issue occurs specifically on the checkout page, where customers enter their address, name, and other details before placing the order. Please look into both issues urgently.
Looking forward to your prompt response.
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
After renewing/extending the Item Support, you would need to re-authenticate the license to update the new duration on our system.
To re-authenticate, you may regard this instruction.
As for the problem on Checkout page, could you please create a support ticket on this Support Forum?
Best regards.
Yes, I re-authenticated but still same issues. Tried all the methods like revoke access then regain access.. re-authenticate or revalidate. But no luck
We just have your domain detach from the license, could you please try reauthenticating again now?
Does this plugin work with https://woocommerce.com/products/dynamic-pricing/
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I’m afraid we haven’t checked compatibility with this plugin specifically, but you can try any within this list: https://docs.villatheme.com/woocommerce-multi-currency/#page_section_menu_3939
And, I recommend testing with our free plugin: http://bit.ly/woo-multi-currency
Best regards.
I want to buy a plugin, but unfortunately it doesn’t work to change currency with WP SUPER CACHE plugin. Please help.
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Can I ask what the specific issue you’re facing with both CURCY and WP SUPER CACHE is?
Best regards.
wmc_current_currency
wmc_current_currency_old
wmc_ip_info
wmc_ip_add
wmc_wpml_lang
wmc_currency_rate
wmc_currency_symbol
I added this list to the section in WP Super Cache “Rejected Cookies”, but then the cache does not work on any page practically, because every page uses these cookies. So I might as well disable the plugin and not use it. That doesn’t solve the problem unfortunately.
Thank you for the feedback and, I’m sorry to hear that. I’m not entirely sure how the cache plugin operates, but, our plugin requires not cached cookies to function…
Unfortunately, the plugin does not work with WP SUPER CACHE plugin. Will you fix this problem? Do you recommend another plugin that works with yours?
We have an option called “Use cache plugin” that is for general cache plugin compatibility. If whitelisting those cookies doesn’t help, can you please create a support ticket on this Support Forum and share us the site details where you have CURCY and WP SUPER CACHE enabled, and allow us to take a direct look there?
hi, am interested in getting this but which Dynamic Pricing plugin works with your plugin beside Pricepep since its not updated since 2 years . thanks
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Can you please try this free one instead: https://wordpress.org/plugins/redis-woo-dynamic-pricing-and-discounts/
Best regards.
How can I show somewhere, like a shortcode, the selected currency symbol?
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I’m afraid we don’t have shortcode for just currency symbol, just either currency selector or maybe product price in specific currency. You may try one of our supported shortcodes in this list: https://docs.villatheme.com/woocommerce-multi-currency/#page_section_menu_3872
Best regards.
I’m using multi currency plugin together with wholesale suite. It worked fine so far, but now on the product pages. It only changes the symbol of the currency but the value stays in euro. Meaning it says kr. 82 while its 82 €. so it should be kr. 611. when added to the basket it is shown alright. I have installed the latest version Version 2.3.6 as i saw that there was an issue but this is quite urgent for my dealer platform.
Once in the basket it appears ok. But now i notice that we already lost money because it wasn’t converted correctly a few months ago.
ps. i activated support via envato, but i still can’t add tickets at villatheme support.
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Can you please re-authenticate to update expiry date using this Verify here button: https://snipboard.io/z320k6.jpg ?
Best regards.
Hi Angela, now it seems to be updated. I tried it right after the purchase but didn’t work.
Seems you’ve created a ticket on our Forum. I’ll keep you updated there.
Hi,
I’ve encountered an issue with your plugin when converting currencies in WooCommerce. The conversion works correctly on the product page, but once a product is added to the cart, the price is nearly doubled incorrectly.
To reproduce the issue, please try adding a product to the cart using CAD or NZD. You can see the error in action at the following link:
https://mely.co/product/ornare-auctor/I’ve also attached a screenshot for reference.
https://imgur.com/a/ruDxs9ZCould you please check and provide a fix for this?
Thanks in advance for your support!
Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
It could be possible that a theme or plugin conflict is causing this behavior. In this case, we would recommend testing by taking the following steps: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/
If you don’t want to perform these tests on the live site, I would recommend reaching out to your web host to see if they offer a staging site as part of your hosting package. If not, then I’d recommend using the WP Staging plugin to duplicate the site.
Best regards.
Hi,
After testing, I found that your plugin conflicts with the Woodmart theme (Version 8.0.6 by XTemos). Could you provide guidance on how to resolve this issue?
Looking forward to your support. Thanks in advance!
Best regards,
Hi,
I tested another plugin, “WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency”, and it works perfectly without any issues. Could you please look into fixing the conflicts in your plugin to ensure compatibility?
Looking forward to your response. Thanks!
Thank you for the updates. I can definitely take a look for you. Can you please create a support ticket on this Support Forum?
Hi,
I’ve just created a support ticket regarding this issue. You can check it here: Bug Report – Incorrect Currency Conversion in Cart Page.
https://villatheme.com/supports/topic/bug-report-incorrect-currency-conversion-in-cart-page/Looking forward to your response. Thanks!
Thanks. I got it.
I have renewed but it does not renew at villatheme , it ask me to renew again in villatheme , also can not get support
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
After renewing/extending the Item Support, you would need to re-authenticate the license to update the new duration on our system.
To re-authenticate, you may regard this instruction.

Hello,
Is it compatible with GTranslate plugin?
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I’m afraid it’s not compatible with GTranslate at the moment. But it’s compatible with other multilingual plugins – Polylang, WPML and TranslatePress. You may try our free plugin for better view of its core feature: http://bit.ly/woo-multi-currency
Best regards.
Where do you keep countries selected in Location > Currency by Country? I can’t find them in the db and I want to be able to bulk edit these countries, it’s a lot of effort selecting one by one.
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Those countries are inside our plugin file and not the database. You can use this option to quickly assign them to corresponding currency: https://snipboard.io/HSCFwc.jpg
Best regards.
Thank you for your prompt reply. Lets assume that I have doublicated countries in those fields, for example Germany is both selected in USD and EUR, the system which currency will select?
That would cause a problem and the Auto select currency may not work properly. One country isn’t supposed to be assigned to 2 currencies at the same time.
Hi, Pre sales Question.
I am trying the free version right now, and want to display the Price in USD but i want the payment to be in SAR, i was able to set the currency to display the SAR price in the checkout page but i would like the Payment to process with the SAR price Also. Note, i don’t want to display the currency switcher any where on the site.
Regards, Ramzy Amer
Hi Ramzy,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Yes, what’re looking for can be achieved with the premium plugin.
Best regards.
Please be aware potential purchases that the license above is only valid for one year besides no information being given to the contrary and no reply from the vendor when I reached out to them directly.*
The plugin is great however followup from Villa is not great.
I reached out to them some months ago regarding the failure to communicate the licensing terms and have not had a reply. I don’t like to resort to leaving comments here, but as mentioned I have reached out via the logged in channel on their website and have not heard back.
Licenses on CodeCanyon are meant to be perpetual unless it is explicitly stated otherwise. Needing an active support membership just to receive a reply about a licensing issue is ludicrous. On top of that a critical plugin vulnerability has just been published today via Patchstack so if you are out of license term (undisclosed by the vendor at time of purchase as a Regular license is stated as “ALL FUTURE UPDATES”, then you’re out of luck and need to purchase another license.
The plugin works, but factor in that you may need to purchase a license every 12 months to have access to updates, so the regular license does not cover all future updates. hmmm.
Hi,
Thank you for your feedback. I’d like to clarify a few points regarding the licensing terms.
The Regular License you purchase grants lifetime usage and updates of the plugin, meaning you can continue using/updating it indefinitely. Access to auto updates and support is 6-12 months, which requires an active support period.
We prioritize responding to inquiries made through our support system. If you contacted us outside of our official channels and did not receive a reply, that could be why.
You are always welcome to open a ticket on our support page. And you don’t need valid Item Support to receive an answer. But I don’t know where you contacted us. If you “have reached out via the logged in channel on their website”, please send me the ticket URL
Like all software, security updates are sometimes necessary. And we’ve resolved all vulnerability report so far, the latest one is yesterday. An official updates is released.
We are transparent about these policies, and they are standard across many plugins on Envato. If you require further clarification, I encourage you to check Envato’s official licensing terms, and contact us on our official Support Forum: https://villatheme.com/supports/
Best regards
Hi,
I recently tried the free version of your plugin and encountered an issue during checkout. The subtotal displayed at the top of the page does not reflect the correct exchange rate, while the subtotal near the card details and checkout button updates correctly.
This issue occurs while using YITH Subscription.
I would appreciate any guidance on resolving this. Thank you!
Screenshot – https://ibb.co/zVWZXVsG
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
This could be a conflict. If you disable CURCY, does the subtotal display correctly? Also, have you tried disabling all plugins except WooCommerce, CURCY, and the YITH Subscription plugin to check if the issue persists? Let us know so we can assist you further!
Best regards.
Prepurchase question. Is the plugin compatible with PayFort for accepting payments in Egyptian Pounds (EGP), Saudi Riyals (SAR), and UAE Dirhams (AED)?
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We’re not sure about compatibility with PayFort since we haven’t tested specifically with that plugin. However, we do have feature for adjusting payment. You can see this tutorial video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YiFz-Kqe2XI&list=PLhRK6dhs0IKB37k2Nj77qTauTsVrGT36f&index=16
We also recommend trying the free version of the plugin first to see if it works for your setup (the feature for adjusting payment method on Checkout is not available in the free plugin): http://bit.ly/woo-multi-currency
Let us know if you need any further assistance!
Best regards.
Hi, i wanted to know if yours can help achieve what i need, i’m testing the free version currently. I wanted to create a direct checkout link with the selected currency thats different than the default. I basically want to strip all other functions and only want a direct checkout link with my prefer red currency
example for a variable product: https://mysite.com/checkout/?add-to-cart=499&attribute_pa_type=pricecal_lite&attribute_pa_plan=annual&quantity=1?wmc-currency=USDbut it doesnt seem to work. any chance the url is incorrect or theres a setting i need to adjust? or will i need a premium version to work with it.
Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Other than using the query as above, you may take a look at other features under the Checkout setting tab: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YiFz-Kqe2XI
If you want to force a specific currency at checkout, I supposed you can just enable that one only, in the Checkout currency table?
Best regards.
