We’re working with the Laravel Multi-Vendor version of KiviCare and have several questions we hope you can help clarify, as we’re currently experiencing issues that may be related to system limitations or misunderstandings in setup.

Are Parent Categories and Subcategories fully supported? We are currently using parent categories and subcategories in both System Services and Services, but we noticed that your demo does not use them at all. We suspect that using nested categories might be the reason we’re encountering unexpected errors in the interface and during service assignment. Can you confirm if this structure is officially supported and stable?

Image sync between System Services and Services (Multi-Vendor): When we upload an image to a System Service, it does not appear automatically in the linked Service. → Is this expected behavior in the Multi-Vendor version, or should the image sync across both? → Do we have to re-upload the same image again manually for each service created from a System Service?

How to offer both Online and In-Clinic options for the same specialty? We’d like to offer both online and in-person consultations for services like General Medicine. → Is it possible to manage both modalities under a single service, or should we create two separate services for each type? We want patients to be able to choose the modality at booking, if possible.

Multi-currency pricing support: Is there a way to configure prices per clinic or per service in different currencies (e.g., USD, EUR, VES)? → Or is the system limited to a single default currency for all services and clinics?

  • Yes, the system fully supports Parent Categories and Subcategories. These are used when the admin creates categories, system services, and services via the Admin Panel. If you’re encountering unexpected behavior or interface issues, we recommend creating a support ticket so our technical team can investigate the issue in your environment.

2. Image Sync Between System Services and Services:

  • Currently, images do not sync automatically from System Services to Services. You will need to manually upload the image again for each service.   • The ability to offer both online and in-clinic consultations under a single service is not available by default. To support this functionality, you would need to create two separate services or opt for custom development to allow patients to choose a consultation type during booking.

Dear, is there any addon for the other clinic financial expenses to calculate all breakdowns and revenue together

Within the KiviCare system, you will have access to comprehensive financial reports including total bookings, total revenue of the system, admin revenue, clinic admin revenue, clinic revenue, and doctor earnings.

However, if you’re referring to tracking and calculating financial expenses or revenue for other clinics outside of this system, currently there is no feature to support that.

Is there any way to integrate or extra addon do you have for solving in one package, for same clinic i want to add expenses, like employee salary to entry or buying materials for clinic add to system.

At the moment, the Patient E-Wallet feature allows users to pay for services using their wallet balance. However, wallet top-up and withdrawal functionalities are not yet available in the current version of the system. These features are already planned and are part of our roadmap for upcoming updates. Users can track Wallet Transactions and view the remaining balance by navigating to the Profile Section in the User App.
