KiviCare is a multi-vendor system where each clinic operates without its own domain. It is not a multi-tenant setup.

In the Quick Booking process for anonymous visitors, the Confirmation step does not display anything after completing all required fields.
I have raised a ticket regarding the same 3 days ago on 22nd Feb 2025. I am still waiting for the fix.

I’ve encountered issues after the installation. Once the app starts, it is very slow. It uses Webpack Mix, but not properly. Many styles and scripts are nested, and when the compilation starts, files are deleted but not recreated correctly, leading to many errors in the console. It would be helpful if everything were bundled with Webpack Mix so that a migration to Vite could be done later

1) I need Kivicare Laravel to just have a a unique clinic page for each practice. For example – Practice Alex will have a custom domain URL – alex.kivicareselfhosted.com where patients of Alex can access their respective login and schedule a consultation with Alex. I do not need a multi practice, multi service page that shows all practices. I need dedicated pages for each practice is that possible? Can I switch off and design my own dedicated practice page?
2) Also, I am planning to create a SAAS version from the regular license of kivicare laravel by making code changes. Is that possible? Do you also have a saas version already with billing, plan and role management?
3) Who owns the code once I buy the regular license? I need the entire code as I have to self host it right?
4) Do you have these features? – Patient management, dedicated practice page, consultation scheduling, appointment and newsletter emails through smtp and texts through twilio, scheduling of consultations and sessions, tell consultation through zoom and meet, patient notes, reports, prescriptions and session history, patient intake forms, insurance, payment gateway, multiple role login such as receptionist, multiple doctors, super admin, patient, billing/invoicing and calendar integration?
5) Is this HIPAA Compliant?
1. Yes, it’s possible with customizations.
2. Yes, you can create a SaaS version by customizing the code.
3. Yes, you will have full source code once you purchase the regular license.
4. Yes, we have all the features you mentioned except the insurance feature.

The current system does not support multi-tenancy, so each practice requires a separate instance and may need a new license number. To offer SaaS with multi-tenancy, the app would need modifications to support multiple practices within a single instance.

Currently, KiviCare Laravel does not include Brazilian payment gateways or a feature to create health posts.
However, you can create different types of admin roles within the system, including Super Admins, Admins, and Clinic Admins. Here’s an overview of their access levels:
Super Admins: Have full access to all features and areas of the system. Admins: Have limited access to the admin panel, which can be customized by the Super Admin. Clinic Admins: Have limited access to the admin panel and the Clinic Admin App, with permissions that can also be modified by the Super Admin.
