Ich bin jetzt zurück auf PHP 8.1 und habe “Character Support” eingeschaltet. Leider besteht der Fehler beim aufrufen der Vorschau weiterhin. Ich habe versucht ein support Ticket zu erstellen. Das hat leider nicht funktioniert mit der Meldung “purchase code is valid”. Wir haben das Plugin schon vor Jahren gekauft. Vielen Dank für Eure Unterstützung.

I found an option in the database called vou_allow_bcc_to_admin_emails, which seems to store one or more BCC addresses for voucher-related admin emails.
However, I couldn’t locate this setting anywhere in the WordPress dashboard or within the plugin’s configuration menus.
Could you please let me know where this option can be edited in the backend?

I use your plugin which works very well. I just have a small problem, each time a customer places an order for a gift card, it remains in “in progress” and then I have to manually change it to “completed”.
Is it possible to change this setting so that the order automatically changes to completed without impacting the sending of the gift card which can be scheduled several weeks later?

Hello, our plugin does not affect affect the order status after any purchase, this’ll be managed by WooCommerce only, however you can use WooCommerce custom functions to change your order status automatically and it’ll not affect the scheduled Gift card date, It will be only delivered on Scheduled date.
