Does the Download Expiration setting cause the file to be automatically deleted? I want to upload the files to S3, but I need to configure them to be automatically deleted from S3 after a certain date. Is that possible?

Hi, I have a few presale question.i use the url shortener script with multiple domains. I test filehosting with your demo and my question is how is it possible that one user have multiple branded pages,that user can use per Domain or is it possible to have one branded page per Domain.
If i have the wordpress plugin or chrome extension i could use filehosting feature there too.

The error 403 is caused by a module named Mod Security on your server. You will need to disable that or disable the rule that blocks URL as parameter.

If you enable Chunk Uploads, you can only upload one file at a time.
I tried Contabo Storage and Wasabi, both are not working.
I shifted to my local server storage and it is working, but for Contabo and Wasabi no use at all.

Hello, I noticed an issue with the file download naming. In a previous comment, you mentioned that after (or during) the download the file would revert to its original name. However, that’s not the case—the downloaded file still has the name like randomid.zip.
Here are a few suggestions:
1. Use Original Filename for Download: The original filename should be used as the actual download name. Currently, using the random ID makes it hard for users to identify the file after download (potential bugfix).
2. Display Original Filename: On the file download page, please display the original filename (optionally alongside the randomid name). This helps alleviate user concerns about downloading a cryptic or incorrect file.
3. Update File Entries: It would be useful to allow an existing file download entry to be updated with a new file without having to re-upload (new file upload) everything and manually adjust the short link.
4. Direct Download Option: A direct download link (like the separate links/urls for QR codes) would be helpful. Even if routed through a script for statistics, a direct link that displays the original filename (a compromise, e.g., randomid_realname.zip ?) would improve user trust and clarity.
5. Add “custom alias” directly to the upload process please.

2. File Short Description is not Showing.
3. After download: file name automatically renamed like 8dc7c4b21791fa74246df.zip . It’s not looking good.

3. We rename the file to a random string so they are compatible with cloud storages. Once you download it, it will be renamed to the original name

1: Can you add team premissions for file hosting as well. So that we can set premission for each team member and who will be able to use upload or delete files.
2: Can you consider to develop an option for account users to limit the number of file upload for each team member.
For example, team member A can upload 5 files, while team member B can upload 15 files.
3: Each team member should be able to see their own uploaded files, not those of other team members.

1) We are reworking the permission system so it is dynamic and can be extended via plugins.
2) That would be possible once #1 is complete.
3) That is possible but it would not make sense. The whole purpose of being in a team is to work together. All users have their own account as well so they can manage their own files and links.
