When mobile application comes out, i don’t have MAC or Apple, can i ask for someone to publish app for me on Apple Store ? And if yes, what about future updates ? Will be automatical or i have to renew the support of the app ?
Certainly, you can hire any developer or even better, our team to develop the application for you. If the application requires updates, you can simply rebuild the new version and publish it as regular updates on both Google Play Store and Apple Store without any issues.

Sorry, in admin panel to add new movie using embedded URL instead of using YouTube/vimeo or upload.
Sngine already supports that as you can add any valid video URL not just YouTube or Vimeo so you can actually upload the movie to your server or cloud bucket and put the video URL and will work just fine

Thanks for the work, we are mostly interested in Blog post page, in the future updates would you consider adding the following on blog page?
1- admin can customize “BLOG” to something like “ARTICLE” in admin panel SEO area so that when Article is posted it can reads User A poster Article instead of Blog.
2. Article or Blog should be Saved before publishing, like I can edit customize article and saved it and then post it in the time it’s ready to be published or even Cron job can help auto publication.
3. Blog or article can save photos, like I can add photos in my library for other articles already published or in my computer that options will be great.
4. Image description in articles or blog, abilities to add more images in the thumbnail with descriptions. 5 . Sub article or Blog header, 6. Abilities for users to peep portions of articles or blog stories in paid or subscription only. Thanks

1. When a user is banned by the administrator, are all of their posts and comments, Chat messages… automatically deleted? If so, When a user is unbanned, are all deleted posts and comments, Chat messages restored?
2. When a user bans another user, do the messages received from them stay or are they deleted? And the same when a user unbans another user, are those messages restored?
No nothing deleted unless user delete his account or admin delete this account, Banned by admin will block any access to any of banned user content.
Also user can’t ban another user but can block him, When User A block User B both will not see each other content too but nothing got deleted
And will messages sent by a previously banned user be visible to the user who banned that user? Of course, I’m talking about messages that were sent before the ban
User can’t ban other user (only admins/mods can ban user from admin/moderator panel) but can block other user (once got blocked they can’t communicate with each other till block removed)

I have set my site to allow only verified users to post, but for some reason, users are still able to post on status updates, stories, comments, and pages. This unexpected behavior is causing confusion, as it contradicts the intended restriction for unverified users.
Because every one of those activities has its own permission, There is a post permission and stories permission and create pages permission (No permission for comments so any user can always add comments)

Where can administrators retrieve verification documents once they have been processed? Suppose the site owner later needs to utilize those documents in the event of being contacted by law enforcement regarding a user of their website.
There is no way right now to do so, But the good news it’s already there saved in DB but Sngine shows only unfinished requests. We will add a new tab to show finished requests in future updates.
