1.- Regarding to statistics How can we measure the number of listenings of the different music files? It seems you had an add on but the link does not work.
2.- We want to grant access to listen to music to different groups of customers and we want to know the monthly number of listenings of an individual song for each group or even for the each costumer separately. Is it possible? How could we measure that by using your plugin?
3.- Can we prevent music file downloads? We only want users to be able to listen to our music online without downloading the files. Is this possible with your plugin?
4.- It seems your plugin is optimized for mp3 files, but can we use wav files instead of mp3?

2. depends on media type , for example, if you use audio type or youtube or podcast. But we will check internaly if this might be possible or easier to make for type audio.
3. player can load one playlist at a time on start, then new playlist can be loaded using api functions.

I tried the contact form but haven’t heard anything, so i thought i’d try here. I have both your Modern Audio Player and Modern Video Player. I can’t activate either. Many plugins activate with a purchase code, but yours activate with a code from your website. When i try to login to your website, it seems to know my Envato username but not my email address. I’m not sure how i can activate these plugins. Any suggestions?

You’ve told me not to use my envato username, but that’s the name your system says “Username already exists!”.
I’m bummed for you. Oftentimes the latest comments play a part in my deciding whether or not to give the file a try. My issue is just some login/registering hangup, but this djanastasios sounds like a pain. I hope nobody gets discouraged from comments here. Like i said, i’ve bought hundreds of files from Envato and your media players appear to be some of the best. Your plugin seems very well made and will server anybody needing the audio/video functionality well. Anybody reading my comments, know that my problems here revolve around simple activation issues.

3. No plugin can really prevent advanced users from downloading a audio since html5 is open source and it’s delivered to the browser.
If you really want to protect, we suggest either watermarking your sounds or using short demo sounds for the preview, while delivering end users (paid or similar) final product which includes full songs.

One more urgent pre-sale query. I will highly appreciate your prompt response – Imagine a few WordPress posts with some text content and 2-3 songs in between (not in a playlist, but individual / stand alone track links placed in the post). Can those individual songs links be clicked and played in the sticky mode in such a way that when any of the links is clicked, the audio player dynamically gets docked to the top / bottom of the page and starts playing the clicked song, and that the visitors can scroll the post while the clicked song plays?
Our plugin does support api methods, in which you can link any text or image in page and make it play song in our player.
Our plugin documentation contains examples how to do exactly that.

Hi! Just letting you know, that Modern skin doesn’t work well with the Sticky player – you can’t control the song with the sticky seekbar, only with the seekbar of the main player.

Thanks for the quick reply! One more question for you—is it possible to play short MP3s (maybe 5-10 seconds in length) one after the other without any noticeable skipping or silence between the files?
Playback speed mostly depends on server speed and bandwidth. Our player will play one song after the another in playlist, but it cannot control your server speed.
One last question—is it possible to remove track numbers from a playlist? I’d like to have the first track have no number next to it, then the ones below it have numbers (that I could add to file names if necessary).
Track numbers can be removed in plugin options.
