Where can administrators retrieve verification documents once they have been processed? Suppose the site owner later needs to utilize those documents in the event of being contacted by law enforcement regarding a user of their website.
There is no way right now to do so, But the good news it’s already there saved in DB but Sngine shows only unfinished requests. We will add a new tab to show finished requests in future updates.

Hi Team, I noticed that even in the official demo version of SNGINE, there is a very annoying problem when expanding the text of a comment (only on mobile device, not desktop). By clicking on “read more” the text expands correctly but then by scrolling the page with your finger, suddenly the expanded text shortens again. The user is always forced to go back up to expand the text again and finish reading the comment. Have you noticed too? I have already reported this to zamblek and I hope they will fix this problem soon. It is really annoying if not almost impossible to easily read comments with long texts. In short, if a user expands the text of a comment, that text should stay expanded until I click “read less”. This is an URGENT problem. Please fix on 4.0 version

When we work on a new release, we prioritize the most required features by a significant number of clients and incorporate them into our script based on our vision.

How i can protect paid views from bots visits?
Sngine already handles this if you selected “Unique Views Only” this will only count the view from logged in user only one and in case of public visitor will be per IP
But what if the user share post link on facebook and other soxcial medai platform? They will not see the post or article until login!! I mean why not add another option to count the view from logged in user and public visitor multi times per IP but per 24 hours. Are u understanding me?
Depends on your own settings in admin panel if you made your website public and the shared post also public then non-logged in user will be able to see the post (blog, video … etc) and Sngine will count the view per IP as we cleared before

2- what about about live transaction points page,? Because i see the views count per view per second stand alone and i think it is will load on server because the database will updating and creating new entries per second, why not showing only post and showing how many this post geberating points, this will update database without creat new entry are u understanding me?

Unique Views Only mean the view calculated one time for life time for IP. And if this ip come again and see same post will not count view.

As a result, we have 6000px by 4000px (but already 1.5 MB). If it were compressed to the specified 1920 px by 1080px, then the size would be even smaller, and this would not affect its perception by another user.

Question, when users signup they get an email to activate their account, in that email they get a link and also an activation code. In my admincp I have both Activation Required and Two-Factor Authentication enabled for email only, but what is the activation code for?
This activation code will be used in native mobile apps for activation
