1) 419 error comes generally due to browser or server issue as we have passed the CSRF token
you might give a try in google chrome incognito mode or clear your current browser cache & try again
2) it might be wrong SMTP credentials error

looks like the custom domain is not getting the CSS, JS file paths
the paths are mentioned in code correctly already
the server needs some special configuration (may be in .htaccess) for CSS, JS path location for custom domains
I will recommend to contact hosting support for that
