Is it possible to have the days and month translated? Is it possible to have mondays as the first day of the week? Is it possible to have different times for different days at the same event? it is possible to not have the second and third steps of the booking and just go to woocommerce? Does it integrate with Woo? How do the events handle the tax settings?

Hi there, I have some pre-sale questions:

I will describe my system. Its booking of fishing spots on one water place. There is 30 fishings spots and fishermans can reserve them. They can book 4 types of permit – 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, 1 weekend. So every fishing spot should have own calendar and after user choose type of permit, it will show calendar of choosen fishing spot and let user pick day or more days based on type of permit (service?).

I will describe it as steps:

1. step – User pick one of 30 fishing spots (So I need 30 different calendars)

2. step – User choose fishing permit (presented as service or something) – 1 day, 3 days, 1 week or weekend (there should be possibility to set starting end ending time of that specific time slot)

3. step – System will show choosen fishing spot calendar and asks user to pick start date based on choosen type of permit

4. step – User will fill the form, system will send order details, then confirmation from admin of booking

Yes, this is possible with our plugin Calendarista. You can create 30 individual services, one for each fishing spot.

Within each service, you can set up 4 availabilities to represent the different permit types (1 day, 3 days, 1 week, 1 weekend).

Is it possible for you to show me a working demo of both the frontend and backend via a link? I tried your backend but couldn’t see the frontend after configuration. Furthermore, everything deleted after a few minutes, preventing me from running simulations.

Please help me get a persistent example where I can log in and test everything. Thank you.

I need to implement this feature: allow user to book a service (multi-day range), but if the duration exceeds a specific number of days, charge only deposit. Is this possible to achieve out of the box? Or do I need to edit code? Ie. daily fee is 200 usd, if customer books 29 days they pay 29*200, but if they book for 30 days or more it goes to 500 usd (fixed).

I’m currently in the process of selecting a plugin for booking calls, and before making a purchase, I need to confirm whether it includes certain critical features:

I need the plugin to sync with Google Calendar. The synchronization must be two-way, meaning that if one of our staff members already has a meeting scheduled, that time slot should automatically be marked as unavailable. Additionally, I need the plugin to consider slots as available only if all members of a specific user group are free during that time. For our client calls, multiple team members are involved, each with their own schedule and ongoing meetings. Do these features exist in the plugin? Unfortunately, while the description is quite detailed, I couldn’t find these specifics, which are very important to me.

Pre purchase queries;

I need to be able to create bookings for timed slots 09.00 – 10.30, 11.00 – 12.30 and 13.30 – 15.00 Monday to Sunday inclusive. Then on Saturday and Sunday an additional slot of 15.30 – 17.00.

I’d also need to be able to create the 15.30 – 17.00 slot ad hoc during holiday periods Monday to Friday.

Each slot should allow 60 attendees maximum.

Each customer should be able to book up to a maximum of 6 people per slot.

Prices need to be age based; Adults £10. Children £5. Teens £7.

Can your plugin accomplish this? If so how would I create this in your demo site please?

Client chasing on a decision of what plugin to purchase. An additional point I missed in original post: can plugin be set to force 1 adult attendee per group booking please? So in a group of 6 attendees at least 1 has to be an adult. TIA
