I attempted to file a support ticket on your website and it just said it got flagged for spam…. ? This isn’t encouraging as I have an issue with the plugin I just setup/purchased yesterday;
I logged in this morning to a dummy user account to check out the My Rewards & Points profile page and unfortunately this takes you to an error 404 page currently. This page is enabled on the plugin and nothing was changed. How can I fix this?
Also, how can we submit tickets on your page if they are auto flagged as spam???

My support has expired but i found some issues with your plugin but i am asked to pay/renew $64.75 for something that you should fix?
1. in mobile view the text is bigger than the circle. i am not sure why no one else has reported this issue? https://imgur.com/nyABAtu
2. When a customer redeems points, it sends them email saying you have earned new points?? it makes no sense? this is something the developer should fix but i was again asked to renew support for something that should be fixed by them? https://imgur.com/RRHiqzl

Hi what does the Redemption Points Steps do? i am confused and nothing in the docmention explains what each things go? and why can’t we contact support for such simple question? it says renew plugin. there is another bug in your plugin too but guess you are going to say renew for support instead of fixing the bug right?

You can only redeem points for money and products.

Hi, I tried to reach you via support ticket but my support has expired. I am looking for documentation on transferring user points from your plugin to your plugin on another domain (we are renovating the site and have a new site on dev.domain.com). Export works. Import doesnt work. It says: File uploaded. Found 526 rows and 6 columns. Importing reward_points now: 0 / 526 , progress bar (2 balls) blinks but nothing happens in 30 minutes. I’m able to extend support but i’m wondering if this is a bug? Is manual for export/import users point in documentation? What should the file structure be? Yours?
Your quick description behind Import button is: How to use best: 1. Export all user points (see settings > export user points button) 2. Do modifications in excel file. 3. Import modified Excel file.

Hi there, Pre-Sales question. Does the plugin allow for points to be awarded only when an order status is “Processing” and/or “Complete”? This is to avoid points being given when order is on-hold or on-backorder?

Sorry but the earning by sharing works on a weird way, i clicked share by Facebook, popup appear and istantly i receive the points to my account (by mail notification)...without sharing nothing; i can close the popup and take my points.
It should work like this?
Unfortunately all share functions have no success / fail callback, so in this case it is a trust manner.
Could i suggest an idea?
this could be is the good workflow:
1) Click on the button share by Facebook (example)
2) When popup is closed send a mail with the link of the sharing post to admin or by dedicated mail
3) Admin receive a mail with the link to inspect the review, and also 2 internal link to assign or revoke points (accepts/decline with motivation)
4) User receive the points or no based on the Admin review
Sound like a good idea. We will put this on our roadmap. Right now our plugin waits until the 2nd share window is closed by the user.
After the 1.2.3 update I don’t see the administration area.

Updated to 1.2.2 and the Report & Users section in the Admin area now comes up 404. I can see that the url for that page has changed and I tried with the old url but it tells me that I do not have permission to access that page. Can you please help?

Hi there, you can view this data only in your database usermeta table. Otherwise each user can see his own birthday only for data privacy.

quick question,in regards to your WooCommerce Reward Points plugin,we just noticed two files in the zip,the plugin itself and something called welaunch framework,do we need this welaunch framework to enable the WooCommerce Reward Points plugin?We just make sure,the framework plugin wont affect anything else on our site.
Yes correct you need to install both. Our welaunch plugin is needed for all our plugins.
Can I see a table where the Customers added their birthdates as information intention? In databse or something like that?
The data is saved inside the wp user meta table in your database,
Are you able to add points to a user using the woo API. Also could you add a custom points log for the entry. IE: “Completed Special Task”, 5000 Points.
In next version you can update user points using wp rest api, but not logs yet,
