Configure E-Invoice Scheme for Romania is not delivering the expected results. xml file tried on authorities can’t be validated due to errors. Also can’t create ticket because of Invalid Purchase code. Bought few hours ago and can’t use. Also can’t ask for refund according to Codecanyon, because I downloaded the file. Now what? Wasting money?

From the screenshot, The username provided seem to not match your username on Envato, kindly try correcting that.
Regardless, you can simply connect Envato/login with Envato and there’ll be no need to manually provide purchase code as it will be auto verified.

I have to provide the email address not username but anyway… even if I’m logged in with Envato the purchase code appear to be invalid, and can’t be auto verified, so can’t create ticket. I am currently a user of the “XML Toolkit with Invoice Export” module. The module is very useful for complying with standard electronic invoicing regulations, especially regarding the Facturae format and European standards such as PEPPOL and EN 16931.
However, after thoroughly reviewing the requirements of the Regulation establishing the obligations for invoicing IT systems, we would like to know if you have plans to incorporate or have already considered the following features, which are mandatory to comply with this regulation in Spain and the European Union:
❌ What we have detected is currently not covered by the module: - Generation of a digital fingerprint (hash) for each invoice. - Chaining of invoicing records. - Inclusion of a mandatory QR code on physical or electronic invoices. - Digital signature of the invoicing record. - Immutability of the invoicing system (preventing later modification of issued invoices).
We would appreciate knowing whether you have development plans to address these points or if you offer any additional module that can meet these requirements.

Perfex CRM already generates a unique hash for each invoice, you can get this from the URL when viewing an invoice in the customer area
> a mandatory QR code on physical or electronic invoices.
This is beyond the scope of this module you can purchase our QR code module to add QR codes to your invoice. https://codecanyon.net/item/qr-code-addon-module-for-perfex-crm/37304639
> Immutability of the invoicing system (preventing later modification of issued invoices)
This is also beyond the scope of this module. The module generate Eincoixe complaint XML for you to submit to government systems. You must consult Perfex CRM team for features like this as it cannot be achieved by a module.

I’m encountering issues when validating my e-invoice XML using both the official validator from my federal state (https://erechnungsvalidator.service-bw.de/) and others like this one: https://www.epoconsulting.com/erechnung-sap/xrechnung-validator.
Even though I’ve selected “Germany” as the e-invoice scheme, the XML generated by Perfex shows 2 errors:
- [BR-06] – Invoices must include the Seller name (BT-27). Path: /ubl:Invoice
- PEPPOL-EN16931-R008 – The XML document must not include any empty elements. Path: /ubl:Invoice/cac:AccountingSupplierParty/cac:Party/cac:PartyLegalEntity/cbc:RegistrationName
- Settings > General = Company Name is set - Settings > Company Information = All Fields are set
I’m not sure how to fix this – it seems to be related to missing or misconfigured data. My company profile is completely filled out (under Setup > Settings > Company), and customer profiles include VAT numbers (though I’m not sure where exactly this is set – is that possible in the default Perfex setup?).
Fallback fields like contact name, phone, and email are all entered. I’ve also set the invoice number as the Buyer Reference Field.
Moreover, I’m wondering what should be entered for a private individual or sole proprietor without a tax ID, to ensure the XML is valid?
Any help would be appreciated!
