How do you customize the feedback form? Cannot find it anywhere in the system

Custom form is not supported will add that support in upcoming versions

the module is cool.

what we are missing, however, is the ability for the contact to always provide feedback.

or that we can address the customer e.g. en masse

or the contacts individually or en masse.

or that we can select the support employee and the time period for the tickets he has processed

i don’t think that makes much sense for any company that has perfex. we have between 100 – 200 tickets every day. we would go mad if we had to write to them all and look for the tickets. then your sales would increase too.

Vielen Dank für dein Feedback! Ursprünglich habe ich dieses Modul so entwickelt, dass Feedback-Anfragen automatisch ausgelöst werden, sobald ein Ticket geschlossen oder ein Projekt abgeschlossen wird.

Basierend auf Rückmeldungen einiger Nutzer habe ich jedoch eine manuelle Auswahloption hinzugefügt, da nicht jeder für jedes Ticket und Projekt eine Feedback-Anfrage wünscht. Die ursprüngliche Version mit vollständiger Automatisierung ist jedoch weiterhin verfügbar.

In zukünftigen Updates plane ich, eine Einstellung hinzuzufügen, mit der Benutzer zwischen manueller Auswahl und automatischer Feedback-Anfrage für Tickets und Projekte wählen können.

Hello. I am failing to install your module via perfex admin. I had to upload files to the server directly. When I activate, I get a module called Questionnaire which is completely different from the feedback module as demonstrated on your site. Please assist urgently

Will do the rating once it becomes useful to what I need, so that I do not affect your ratings. Please note, submissions of feedback must be per Contact not per customer. If customer has 10 contacts all of them should be able to provide feedback not that when one person has submitted then all others will see “Feedback Submitted”

This is custom requirements, which can be done for you not all users need that, as usually primary contact feedback is sufficient as per most of members.

But to fix it for your specifically i can customize it for you seperately

hello where can i assign a feedback to client project? it is the feature you have on your demo and i dont have it?

you said this 5 days ago you would send to me its been 21 days since i opened help chat and i still do not have the update about project level feedback that is mentioned on your page which is why i bought this and that is why i bought it. If you will not provide this please refund asap. As I will have to get someone else to develop this feature for me.

No response. I am not satisfy with the code as is. You are advertising it works for at project level but your code does not reflect this. please respond or refund the money as i can’t use this.

Hi, In the Perview video, I find that it is possible to assign a feedback to a specific project, But in your demo I can’t find it, and also when I ran this module I couldn’t link the feedback to the project.

I find it an exact copy of perfex surveys module.

Noone else is selling this kind of design feedback tool script in codecanyon or in anyother code marketplace.It would be a good opportunity to get a good sale too.

Hello, I just installed and activated 10 modules from another author with no issues. This one is not activating. I hope the information below helps.

My Perfex is installed at a2hosting.com, and I had to make this adjustment to get Perfex to work :

in .htaccess (in perfex root folder) comment out ;
  1. AddHandler application/x-httpd-ea-php74 .php .php7 .phtml

Hello, this is my second attempt requesting support. Your request to create a user gives me security concerns. If the issue can be instantly fixed (as you mentioned above) by allowing you access, please update/fix release here on CodeCanyon, or document/send instructions to resolve (as my own admin user). I also don’t want to have to “request support” again, if I ever need to reinstall. When is a new version or update expected? Thank you.
