When each user in our company logs into the system with his/her own e-mail address, will he/she be able to manage only the e-mails sent to his/her e-mail address through this module?

Perfex has already a Contacts controller – but we might plan integrating existing ones in a future release.
I tested this plugin after a friend recommended it. He already has it, but there’s a confirmed issue—it’s not working outside of Perfex CRM. Sent and received emails don’t appear in the original Gmail mailbox, and any emails received in Gmail never show up in the CRM.
If this feature is not supported, consider it a feature request. If it’s a bug, we hope you can fix it so we can proceed with the purchase. I also tested your demo, and it has the same issue.

Our module uses IMAP accounts, inheriting protocol’s standards.

You need remove the files from the current installation, in order to avoid license lock during activation under a new instance/domain.
Once you do so from the old URL, please use the Licensing Flush tool ( its link can be found on the bottom left of New Ticket Creation link: https://themesic.com/support/ticket/new ), in order to have your license resetted through Envato Licensing API.
You will be able to activate the license at the new instance now, but please ensure that it is not active in any other instances, as that will trigger a new license lock.
My use-case is this, I have prefex CRM that acts as a centralized CRM for three different brands. Each staff has email access to 3 different email address like john@brandA.com, john@brandB.com and john@brandC.com. I want the users to access (receive and send email) all three emails under their single prefex CRM account.
Is that possible with any of your plugins?
Thats not inside the scope of this module – which is supposed to serve a webmail version of the personal IMAP account of each staff member, under his/her Perfex CRM account.

To be honest, our team is not supposed to provide any complimentary installation services, as clearly stated here: https://codecanyon.net/page/item_support_policy but its more likely that they wanted to help you.
You dont need to share your credentials – and you dont ought to.
But since more than 1,5k purchasers are not facing the issue you are facing there and combined with the fact that our local tests were unable to reproduce the same, this is clearly a local issue that needs technical expertise to be solved.
I suggest spinning up a clean installation of Perfex CRM with a clean database, followed after installation of our module and its activation. Things shall go smooth, verifying that what you faced was not an issue of our code.

is it possible to provide each staff access to the SAME mailbox instead of their own mailbox? The idea here is to have one generic sales@mail.com email address that all relevant staff need to monitor, we do not encourage sales through their individual email addresses.
So in short, can I individually assign the same mailbox to each staff, or is the log-in email address hardcoded to be the staff login email?

Your demo version of Perfect CRM is an old version. Have you tested it in the new version? The design of the ticket area has changed in the new version, so have you checked the plugin side?

Hi, the module is recieving the email header and attachments, but not the text of the email. Please note I have tried to create a support ticket, but for some reason there is no add ticket button in your support system when I am logged in.

I want mailbox for my crm, but I want to set separate SMTP to set for staff, for some staff google mail smtp and some staff IMAP and some staff even different domain email SMTP.
IS that possible with this script, can I do that?

But what I am asking is
1, When user open the lead view page then user need to have option to direct click to compose the email to that particular lead. so they do not need to go to the email and then compose the email and then select the lead, you got me? this can be easy for marketing people that they checking the lead and direct composing the email by hitting send mail icon/bottom to that particular lead.
2, Well I checked mail box again, but I do not see feature for created Label or assign mail to the Label like Gmail people have.
These 2 is important by this marketing people can do their work smoothly and fast, you must need to add these 2 above feature in your script.
I am ready to buy your two script. as I want to use for marketing sales people to use.
