Hi, is it possible to assign different discount percentages to a single group depending on the product category?
Hi export66!
No, WooCommerce B2B allows you to set a global discount percentage per group, regardless of other factors. Alternatively, you can set dedicated group prices on individual products:
https://woocommerce-b2b.com/wp-content/docs/woocommerce-b2b/assets/images/settings/ProductPrices%5B1%5D.pngOf course, you can also do this massively using WooCommerce import/export tools, using a CSV file:
https://woocommerce-b2b.com/wp-content/docs/woocommerce-b2b/assets/images/settings/ProductIETools%5B1%5D.pngThis way, you can filter the products by category in the file and calculate the final price. For more information, you can refer to the appropriate support channel:

Good afternoon, I have a few questions before making a purchase:
Is it possible to allow B2C customers to purchase only from a specific product category? I would like them to see the entire assortment but enable them to buy only from a selected category. In this case, is there a way to hide the prices for other categories? On the other hand, for B2B customers, I would like them to see all prices and have the ability to purchase from the entire assortment.
Is it possible to set conditions for a specific group? For example, besides offering discounts, I would like to set a payment term of 30 days, and we would like to send invoices manually.
Thank you in advance for your help
Hi SanczoPL!
It is not possible to hide the price by category, but you can do it for a single product based on the group (eg: hide price for product 12345 but only for B2B group):
https://woocommerce-b2b.com/wp-content/docs/woocommerce-b2b/assets/images/settings/ProductVisibility[1].pngOf course this can also be managed via mass import/export via CSV file, it is not necessary to do it one at a time:
https://woocommerce-b2b.com/documentation/#s4lBased on the group, you can decide which payment method to enable/disable:
https://woocommerce-b2b.com/wp-content/docs/woocommerce-b2b/assets/images/settings/GroupPayments[1].pngIn this case, for B2B group customers you can leave enabled only the “Invoice payment” payment method made available by WooCommerce B2B:

Hi I just want to confirm I have understood how the users work. We are running a B2b and b2c store. I have set up a user role called Trade for the B2b customers and a user group called Trade to set their permissions. We set up b2b customers manually. When I set up a new user and select ‘trade’ as their role the Woocommerce b2b box with a white background doesn’t appear on the Edit User page. It appears for other roles. I thought I needed to create the role and then allocate that user to the correct group. In my example that would be a trade user allocated to the Trade group. But it won’t let me do that. Is it automatically adding them to the Trade group?
Hi candy81!
WooCommerce B2B does not require the creation of any role to work, so if you do not need it for other purposes you can skip it. By default, group rules apply to the “customer” role (WooCommerce default), if you need to create new roles you must enable them in the WooCommerce B2B settings (option “Roles to consider as customer”). For any other information, I remind you that for support you can refer to the appropriate channel:

to allow to check your configuration. Best regards!
Thanks, that’s helped
But maybe you can fix this in next update and do like 0 means unlimited?:) Because with number 0 not working, with 10000 is working. Thanks for help! 5* left.
You’re welcome Jasinka and thanks for suggesting, this is already in the next update
I cant work out how to activate a user. We have set up new trade customers but they cant use the site as they see this message “Your account is now under review. You will receive an email as soon as it is activated. ” When we look at the Users list there is no option to approve. We dont want to approve accounts that we have set up ourselves either.
Hi candy81! WooCommerce B2B has an option to enable/disable accounts, check in the group to which the users reporting this issue belong that the option is disabled:

Hello, sorry if I’ve missed your previous message. How about updates? Products still can’t reach updates. WooCommerce B2B, WooCommerce B2B Sales Agents, WooCommerce B2B Warehouses.
Hi NarbutasT, you can download the updates from your Envato account and proceed with the update in different ways, as also indicated in the documentation:

Hello, i would like to understand if in my scenarios: 1 client can be served by different sales agent is this supported? thanks
Hi ctaragnolini! No, each customer can be managed by a single sales agent, but if the different sales agents are in hierarchical relationship with each other, a sales agent can also manage the customers of their subagents. I hope this information will help to solve your doubts, best regards
Hello Thanks, but is not really clear – is there any demo to check it? I means, basically, i have sales agent which are “divided by division” i mean, they manage all the customer, but is just matter of catalog visibility. so i what each sales agent to be able to place order on behalf of all customer, of course, in their admin dashboard they will see order of this customer placed only by themself (agent). is this possible?
No, each customer has only one sales agent who manages it, sorry. You can still see the live demo here:

Hello,
Can we add balance to customer account? I need this future. Do you have it?
Customer A will have negative or positive balance whilst their account is created.
Regards
Hi fourstepdigital! At the moment this feature is outside the scope of WooCommerce B2B, there are specific plugins that have the wallet or credit function, on the WooCommerce side they are considered a payment method so completely transparent to WooCommerce B2B. I hope this information is useful to resolve your doubts, best regards
Pre-sale Enquiry: Is there any option for tiered pricing for variable products and it is compatible with any product table plugin?
Hi MindWebInd! Yes, WooCommerce B2B allows you to have tier prices per variant and also per group (so for each price list):
https://woocommerce-b2b.com/wp-content/docs/woocommerce-b2b/assets/images/settings/ProductPrices%5B2%5D.png https://woocommerce-b2b.com/wp-content/docs/woocommerce-b2b/assets/images/settings/ProductPrices%5B3%5D.pngRegarding list views, we have no direct experience, but consider that WooCommerce B2B is designed and developed using the standard hooks provided by WooCommerce precisely to guarantee compatibility with other assets that use the standards.
I hope this information is useful to resolve your doubts, best regards
Pre-sale question : there is no way for me to log in your demo website… always get a cookie shot… trying everything

Sorry for my questions, but I will have to buy a “lot” of licence if it can suit our needs. My scenario is this : Customers request a quote. The company sells tows in bulk, at the expense of the car owners. When requesting a quote, I would have liked this to automatically create a Woocommerce or WordPress account for them as well. Then we create the custom “product” for the customer, and we have to charge them. After a year, the automatic reminder would be sent to them…
No problem mcomeau! WooCommerce B2B allows you to have the quote request system, but consider that customers can request quotes on products already existing in your shop. In practice, a customer chooses his products, adds them to the cart and at the end of the purchase process chooses “Quote request” to generate a quote request. In WooCommerce, by default, you can “force” the creation of a customer account during the order phase, so this also applies to quote requests. The quote request is inserted into the WooCommerce order list, but in the special “On quote” status. From here, the shop manager can modify the order (which is in all respects a WooCommerce order, so you can work on it and modify it as such) by modifying for example the price, the quantity, inserting or deleting products and everything that WooCommerce by default allows you to do and set the “Quoted” status. This operation sends a notification email to the customer, indicating that their quote request is ready and if you want they can proceed with the payment, based on the payment methods available on your site. Here, scrolling, you will find a step by step description of the quotation process:
https://woocommerce-b2b.com/#home-overviewIf I understand your particular scenario correctly, you should then create basic products giving the customer the possibility to insert notes or “custom” requests (this is independent of WooCommerce B2B, but there are several WooCommerce plugins that have this purpose). Customers should choose their “basic” product, indicate customizations or needs and request a quotation. At this point, the shop manager should take charge of the request, process a price and change the status of the request to “Quoted” to notify the customer that the price is made. The customer can then pay with the payment methods available to you (also for this aspect, WooCommerce has many plugins for different payment methods). Once paid, the order status (in most cases, but it depends on the payment method) becomes “Processing”. When the product is ready to be delivered, the shop manager should change the status to “Completed” (for example) to notify the customer.
I hope this information helps to resolve your doubts, best regards
Thank you so much for your answer ! It helps me a lot. I have a meeting with the team today and we will proceed soon ! I appreciate your time and your professionalism.(Sorry my mother language is french
). I think we are really near to a solution. Did you offer custom development and or instalattion ? Regards…
You’re welcome mcomeau! We don’t have a custom development and installation service on demand at the moment, sorry. I hope this information helps to solve your doubts, best regards
My store is set to entering prices incl. VAT and tax is calculated based on customer shipping address. I would like to keep it like this. Is it possible with the plugin to set one customer group to tax calculation based on shop address?
What I want to achieve is that the same tax % will be deducted for all my dealers from different EU countries. They dont pay the tax anyways, just want them to see the same net price.
Hi Webiento! I’m not sure I understood your request, but consider that WooCommerce by default calculates taxes based on how you configured it. WooCommerce B2B on the other hand lets you choose whether to display prices including or excluding taxes per group, but always depending on how WooCommerce calculates them by default.
I hope this information is useful to resolve your doubts, but you can eventually delve deeper with technical support:
https://support.woocommerce-b2b.com/hello,
At a trade fair (B2B), all Sales person have scanned the EAN of the product with their mobile phone or tablet and could order for the customer straight away, is that possible?
thanks
Hi servustirol! WooCommerce B2B is a WordPress plugin, not a smartphone app, so it does not have access to hardware (like the camera of smartphones or tablets) sorry. I hope this information helps to solve your doubts, best regards
Pre sales question: Can i set a discount of 10% off if the order value of my cart was over £500 for B2B customers? So for example if they placed any orders over £500 the discount will be highlighted in cart and checkout?
Hi sellican! WooCommerce B2B allows you to apply discounts to products to have different price lists, but not based on the cart amount. For this, you could use WooCommerce coupons, restricting their use based on WooCommerce B2B groups.
Consider that from the next release of WooCommerce B2B, currently in beta:
https://beta.woocommerce-b2b.com/wp-admin/it will be possible to publicly display the coupons available in the cart!
I hope this information will help to solve your doubts, best regards
Grazie.
Altra domanda che mi ero dimenticato.
Accettate i domini *.instawp.xyz come siti di staging?
Si nessun problema!
Is it possible to exclude sale price form the B2B customers? So for b2b customers only the main price would be discounted?
Hi luxw!
I’m not sure I understand your need, sorry, it depends on your scenario.
If your scenario includes products with default WooCommerce regular price and sale price and you want to apply a % discount, then both prices will be discounted. Ex:
regular price 100 sale price 80 discount group 10%
the customer of the group will see the product at 90 -> 72
If instead you want to completely skip the sale price for the B2B group, that is, you want the customer to see only 90 compared to the previous example, then you should use the dedicated prices per product based on the group and not the % discount.
I hope this information helps to solve your doubts, best regards
In the live preview, when I try to edit a group, I am instead logged out and redirected to the login page, so I can’t see the available settings.
If that can’t be fixed shortly, can you inform us whether the plugin provides an option to offer a discount based on product tags (or similar features like attributes)? i.e. a wholesale user (member of a wholesale group) sees different discounts for different values of tags.
Hi kapaweb! The demo is reset (it is done automatically every hour, to clean the data from all the tests of the different users), try it now. Anyway, to answer your question: no, discounts cannot be attributed via tags, but it is possible to apply different prices for each product based on the group. To do this massively, it is possible to use the default import/export tools of WooCommerce. I hope this information will help to solve your doubts, best regards
Do you support rtl
Hi hanyelmehy! Yes, WooCommerce B2B is designed and developed using WordPress standards for languages and internationalization, so if you have files (or translation plugins) that use rtl there are no problems. I hope this information helps to solve your doubts, best regards
Hi, is there any option to set minimum purchase like $500 or $1000 for customers? I didn’t find the setting.
Hi panchuanhong, this can be set per group:

Hi, im creating a website for a grocery store which is for both retail and b2b customers. I want to show the retail prices on the website by default, and when the b2b customers logs in, they get custom prices for set for them. Is this possible? currently, the prices are hidden and the users would need to login to see the prices
Hi abdullah_969! Sure, with WooCommerce B2B you can create different groups and associate prices to products based on the customer group. So you can have a group for B2C (or non-logged-in customers, WooCommerce B2b creates it by default) and a group for B2B customers, with which you can assign dedicated prices to products for this type of customer. I hope this information helps to solve your doubts, best regards
hi there, is here also able to create new user-roles? or just “groups”? thanks
Hi amiseo! WordPress has default roles, which can be expanded using plugins with this specific purpose, this is out of our goal, sorry. WooCommerce B2B introduces the concept of “group”, which has a different meaning and is much more extensive as it is a real entity with its own specific rules and options. I hope this information helps to solve your doubts, best regards
