Is this works for Staff and Client? or only for admin?

One of our staff members lost access to the Google authenticator. Is it possible for Administrator user or even dev user to delete the 2FA from this staff member? It looks like there is no option to reset the 2FA for this staff.
Extra info: we are facing some big bugs. After someone lost the code we had to deactivate the Auth. When we reactivated non of the codes worked again. but if we click
to my surprise if you can just login with a wrong authentication code. On the page to give the authentication code even if you use 000 and then hit login it wil not work but if you hit back to login again after a second try it just logs you in we tested this 5 times. so the 2FA is just bypassed in a matter of seconds. We would like a refund

I want to use perfex crm system to verify users’ logins to the system. I made clickatell settings, but the system does not run the sms module at login. I don’t see it active on the first login screen. Everything seems to be working in the admin panel. but it doesn’t work on login screen.
