How do we reset MFA codes for users that has lost access to their codes?
Users can reset their codes if they lost it. - For Google Authenticator, Login codes will be refreshed every 30 seconds. - For SMS & Whatsapp, User only need click “Back to login” => proceed to login again => new login code will be sent .

I have a a request and i see you are the only one working whatsapp with twilio, is there a whatsapp integration for perfex & twilio? We need staff to use whatsapp chat thru api but directly from perfex each one with diferent number and admin that monitors all chats, integration and so on.

Hi. You can set up to receive token via multiple channels. If you lose your phone, you can get token in other channels to log in.
