Hi Alex, I am using the old version. I have two problems. Stripp is fine but it does not automatically add time for users who pay with paypal. Why? Also, if logged in members make a manual payment and add time in the admin panel, the members are logged out and can see it when they log in. How can I solve this?

Dear Alex,

My website was developed with the previous version and it was a lot of customization and construction work on top of the theme, I can’t migrate directly, so I did a new installation so I can migrate slowly and when everything is ready I will mainly use the new version.

After doing a clean installation with newly downloaded files I encountered some problems. I have premium modules and after installing the visual-forms-module-for-cms-pro I got an error that I could only see by activating the DEBUG function. What happens is that within the library/module folder this module contains, in addition to the Form module, the Blog and Shop modules files, but since I don’t have these two modules, it gives an error and the entire site becomes inoperable (by accident you must have put all the modules together without realizing it).

I also couldn’t import the module through the panel like other users, so I did it the old way and it worked.

I hope I have helped and if you need to talk about this error or others that I have found, it will always be a pleasure to help.

I’ve run into a couple of errors and have a few questions as well.

Errors: When loading images, I get the following error: Message: SyntaxError: Unexpected end of JSON input When I add a row, a modal with layout options appears. These work fine, and selecting the two-column option creates the columns as expected. However, when I click on a column, I get a modal that doesn’t show any options. Questions: How do I change the header font? I’ve set Poppins as the default text, but I’d like my headers to use Bebas Neue (https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Bebas+Neue). Can I change the icon set used on the site? If so, how? How can I space the menu elements horizontally so that their hover highlights don’t touch each other (e.g., Home, Pages, etc.)? How can I round the corners of images? Is there a “login with Google/X/etc.” feature available? Looking forward to your guidance.

Hello, Did anyone face the below issues? Please suggest while I get Alex on these issues. CMS Pro: 1. There are 2 active memberships. But it shows 0. 2. Unable to assign membership from Admin screen. It saves but on refresh, it is set to blank 3. Membership and expiry values are blank. 4. Emails show [Name], [Email], [IP] instead of actual values

Visual Forms: 1. The country dropdown is not populating. 2. Error sending email for visual forms.

I think crypto payments it would be nice, I wrote about it before. Now the world is moving towards different alternative payment methods… I would like it to be done even if it was paid.

I checked the demo. Is the CoinPayments gateway integrated? Has a module for receiving crypto payments not been added to the system? I’m planning to set up 3-4 sites. When will this be included?
