HI Busti. is there a way i can add Free Delivery options under Promotions. Like FREE delivery on first order or Free delivery from all merchants on Monday to Sunday. something like that. Please that would hlep me alot to get business going.
And in the merchant Promotion is there a option where they can add If customer Buys For $50 They can get free Product Which gets added at check out where Customer Can select free product before making Payment: Like you qualify for Free Single Cheese Burger Or Free Chicken Burger.
IN Admin is there a way To add a referal option to the app so if customer refers app to a friend and they use there referal code at checkout we can add money to ther wallet.

Cause I See free delivery First order is in Merchant only But Not in admin and To go to each restrat to set free delivery lot of work. Cause admin Should also be able to run promotion on the app .
And its only free Delivery on first order no Free delivery on Other days Like if merchant want free delivery Monday.

If a customer places an order with a merchant, does the total amount the merchant receive in earnings reflect processing fee by stripe? For example, if customer spends $20 with merchant – does merchant receive $20 in earnings even after being processed with stripe? Or does merchant earnings reflect after processing fee. Stripe takes 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. Does merchant receive $20? Or $19.12 in earnings because of processing charge? I just want to clarify . Because if merchant is set to commission the admin is processing the stripe and merchant requests payout from admin. The admin takes the processing hit when customer orders if merchant is set to commission. So does merchant earnings reflect the actual amount received by admin after processing?

right now we don’t have processing fee included when customer pay stripe
the processing fee should be added in the cart once customer pay using stripe its like a card fee but at the moment this is not available

No No I’m saying if a merchant receives an order for $10 and the money goes to admin stripe, stripe fee is $0.59 and admin only receives $9.41 in stripe account. But merchant is able to withdraw the $10 from payout. It doesn’t reflect the stripe fee. So merchant avoids paying stripe fee and the admin takes the hit? We have to charge the customer? The merchant should receive earnings after stripe fee. This is a major flaw in kmrs payout. How and where do we edit merchant commission to reduce stripe fee from earnings? so earnings reflect the exact revenue for the transaction including the stripe fee. it makes no sense that admin will pay the processing fee and merchant will get the full order payout? thats a major problem for admin and major flaw in kmrs. I dont see how I can go live without proper earnings calculation.

When a customer places an order and then merchant can add to the order via backend by clicking +ADD button in order summary, it says “Amount to Collect” which is the difference in added items which is great. But if customer pays with stripe, shouldn’t KMRS adjust the payment amount and process the difference through stripe? So if the order processed was $50 then the merchant adds $10 more to the order and has to collect the $10 from the customer , it should adjust the stripe amount collected. The customer paid through stripe, how would the merchant now collect the difference? If customer orders food and gets it delivered at the front door – how does merchant collect the amount difference if payment was via stripe?

When customer is asked to enter their information in Delivery Details it only shows : Street name, Street number, Aparment, suite or floor.
Shouldnt there also be city, state, zipcode? maybe country? You arent accurately displaying the address.
In the US address is Street Name & Number, Apartment Suite or Floor, City, State, Zipcode. So the correct address is : 123 Some Street. Detroit, Michigan, 48220.
How do we fix this?

most of the ordering app right now don’t have this fields its either full address in google or street name and street address cause we have already capture the coordinates and this is very important to find the address adding this might be redundant
what i might suggest maybe we can add a custom fields for address so what every field you want you can do that just like i added custom for for customer during registration
Brother the issue now is that when a customer goes on KMRS and press share location, yes it gets the coordinates, but it formats the address as only street number and street name. the driver or merchant never will know the full address of the customer. how will they know where customer is located? there are many duplicate streets in every city. If customer when entering KMRS does share location and the actual address is 123 Fake Street, Brooklyn New York 11222 . , it will only show merchant 123 Fake Street. This is a HUGE flaw and major problem. Merchant needs to know full address. This is for all USA businesses. Delivery address format cannot only show street number and street name. merchant needs to see the full address. driver needs to see the full address. You made it so that we cannot see full address. this shouldnt be a custom field. you should capture the full address and display the customers full address to us. this isnt just for google

and btw during delivery we use coordinates so the customer really needs to pin their correct address so in the map we can show them properly
I noticed when a user is not logged in it gets the full address format when setting address as guest . if you are logged in it only gets street name and number. what is the fix??? and no its not going by lat and long on delivery and distance, because I have lat and long set and it shows the proper distance and delivery fee on checkout, but soon as I checkout it isnt showing the delivery fee and it isnt calculating delivery distance or fee properly. So the lat and long is irrelevant soon as you checkout.

its distance between coordinate of customer address vs coordinates of merchant = distance and this distance will get to your range table
Can you confirm digital wallet still works in this new update? I just added stripe test keys to admin backend, enabled digital wallet, went on customer account and added $100 to digital wallet using stripe test card 4242 4242 4242 4242 . It successfully added $100 to customers digital wallet. Then I used the digital wallet balance on an order. I went in merchant backend, it shows the order was made with successfully with digital wallet, we completed the order as delivered, but when I check customers digital wallet it still shows the full $100 balance and no indication of digital wallet being used in customer wallet backend view

How do we re-style the front page? and can you lead us in the direction for creating a new theme for kmrs v2. what would be the way to do this? duplicating karenderia_v2 theme and then which platforms or plugins can we use to create a new theme? how did you create k_v2 theme?

in yii you can create your own themes but there is no plugins for it that you can use
you will have to create it by your own
if you open the file protected/config/front_main.php
you will see this line
‘theme’=>’karenderia_v2’,
this tells the application to use the themes folder karenderia_v2 found in themes folder
so if you change this to mythemes it will find the themes in themes/mythemes
folder

How do we change the order of the sidebar menu when logging into merchant backend backoffice? So we can change the order of the merchant menu links ,for example Dashboard, Merchant, Orders, POS, etc , to change the order. Likewise how do we do this for admin side menu? We should be able to sort or re-order it . Everything is all over the place, id like to organize everything
the siderbar menu is saved in the database in table st_menu

I am saying the backoffice side menu. this is how we edit the backoffice menu? so in order to sort the merchant menu, how do we edit st_menu? how do I know what is the parent Id for the category I want the menu link item under?, how about if I want to add a new dropdown and add new menu links? its easy if you just look at the table

if merchant that is for merchant menu else for admin
if parent_id = 0 that means that is the parent menu if there is a value that means its sub menu you need to look for parent menu id which is equal to menu_id
and sequence field is the sorting of menu

Basti, whenever I do “fixed database” in admin backend it completely resets the sorting I did for this. I sorted perfectly then after pressing “fixed database” it resets the whole sorting. How do I exclude “st_menu” from fixed database or make it so that it doesnt touch sequence of menu
can I remove require_once 'fixed-menu-merchant.php'; so it doesn’t touch merchants menu on fixed-database.php?

Hi mate. I don’t update my website yet. But I use 1.1.8 version so in 3 days in the template notification email show that’s its sent but customer not received any email I use SMTP port 465 and its open in my server also I don’t do any changes in the site. It’s just stop sending emails
if status is sent in the logs that means phpmailer response is succesful cause if there is an error during sending you will see it on the logs but status is sent that means succesful
now if you cannot receive it check your spam folder
It’s not received in spam or anything just I can confirm that’s email is sent from backoffice and I test the runaction it’s sent but not received on email.
hmmm if status is sent that means smtp code response is sent now if you cannot receive it we don’t have control over those cause the server will sent the email only we call its functions
