I am writing to report an issue I’m experiencing with the WP Guppy plugin. The text input area where users type messages is too small, causing text to overlap as users type. This makes it difficult for them to communicate effectively.
Here are some details about the issue:

1) Integration of Fluentsupport, BetterDocs, and Guppy Pro
Is it possible to integrate these tools in a way where a. If no customer support agent is available via the Guppy floating button, the system automatically fetches relevant articles from BetterDocs? b. If the articles do not resolve the user’s concern, can the system automatically create a support ticket in Fluentsupport?
2)Streamlined Floating Icon Usage
Since we need to minimize the number of floating icons and retain the Guppy floating icon, can we add options within this icon for: Searching articles via BetterDocs? Creating support tickets via Fluentsupport?
3)AutomatorWP Compatibility
Can AutomatorWP address the requirements in points 1 and 2 effectively?

Hi, is there any way to add a feature for Out-of-Site video call services like GOOGLE MEET? Our business is stopped just for this feature we need. Can you at least add a button to chat widgets that when clicked it creates a new room in jitsi for example or google meet and give the URL of the room to other participant of chat. Even this simple process for now can work for us.

I also wanted to thank you for sharing the unminified files so developers can work on VUE, but you don’t believe it, the author of Live Smart (good video call script that we asked them for integration addon for WP Guppy) lost all his data on his laptop so starting over 
! Please just look at this wonderful powerful chat + video call+ screen sharing + whiteboard system, maybe you guys can create an addon to integrate it in WP Guppy and I am sure there are a lot of buyers that will be happy to buy this addon. Thanks

i use WP Guppy Pro it works very slow and very heavy for wwebsite, i don’t know how to set up realtime, i watched your video and i really can’t follow it, it’s confusing and hard to do. i tried on Pusher Channel API but it’s quite slow, this is a bad app but its structure is quite great, how can you support me to set up realtime i really need your support.

That might needs some changes inside the code or user the hooks etc. For example you land on the profile page, there will be a button to contact user. Upon click you can open modal window where user can write the message, once submitted it initiate chat and then return a URL to open a chat on the messenger page. This is how we did compatibility with many themes

It’s been long time since I asked for this feature again. I asked the other product author to try and contact you again. Please please give them the help they need so your chat plugin will have Unlimited Audio/Video call, screen sharing, whiteboard,.. I’m begging you we purchased WP Guppy hoping to add video call but it seems impossible without your help. I’m not asking much, just connect to chat VPS : https://codecanyon.net/item/livesmart-server-video/47633218
and add a call button in messenger windows , when someone clicked it creates a room and send the URL of room to other side of chat. That’s all we need and it’s truly game changer and makes your plugin more famous and will sell more.
