Currently, we don’t have an estimated time for integrating the Mercadopago payment gateway. We are considering adding it in future updates, but it is not yet planned and may take some time. If you urgently need this payment gateway, we can customize it for you.

Yes, we plan to provide a frontend web interface for Pawlly in a future update. We don’t have an exact timeline as of now, but we will inform you once it is available.

Multi-vendor functionality is currently available only for products, not services. Vendor registration is not directly provided. Vendors can register as employees and enable the ‘Pet Store’ role from their profile section to manage their business.

The main menu in Web Admin doesn’t show properly in a mobile phone.

This is not an issue. Some users have set the menu to transparent in the settings section, but you can easily adjust it from the customization section.

how i will connect mobile app with my applications database ? do i need to change in coding ?

No, you don’t need to change the coding. You just need to:

Set up the database and server for your Laravel backend.

  • Use the base URL of that server in your mobile app configuration.
  • This will connect the app to your database seamlessly.

Hi, I wanted to ask how the nearby walkers feature is implemented. Are you updating the walker’s location (latitude/longitude) in the database as they move, or are you simply using the location data stored at the time of signup or profile update?

In the Employee App, a walker can set or update their location in the Edit Profile section by tapping the address field. They can select their location on the map or use their current location. This location data is updated in the database only when the walker modifies their profile.

In the User App, the Show Nearby option allows users to see walkers based on the location data saved in the walker’s profile. Since the location is updated only when a walker updates their profile, it may not reflect real-time movement.

We created the “New Role” feature with future enhancements in mind. However, currently, we have not provided the functionality to assign roles to users. For now, you can set permissions for the predefined roles available in the system.

Why is it that in the case of a veterinarian, there is no possibility to choose the location of this veterinarian (location)? On what basis are veterinarians assigned to me?

The ability to choose a veterinarian based on location is currently on our roadmap. Veterinarians are assigned based on the services they provide.

It makes absolutely no sense. So it may turn out that it will show a vet at the end of the country. After all, we search primarily in terms of distance and opinions.
