Hello, I recently purchased your plugin and I’m trying to adapt it to my workflow.

I’m building my plans for a couple of packages, but suddenly the videos linked from YouTube stopped showing.

I’m using the latest versions of Wordpress and Divi as the theme (but it’s not the problem, I change to the default theme and the videos didn’t show either), Presto Player to embed the videos (also tried the native block from Wordpress, and didn’t work).

I also disabled all other plugins, leaving only the Fitness Trainer plugin and the videos didn’t work, but they do show while I’m editing the plan.

Could you help me, please? Thank you!

We purchased the plugin on 2021 (c7a494d3-c31d-454d-8658-2821444bbd21 – 23 Nov 2021 REGULAR LICENSE)

Yesterday after the Wordpress update doesn’t work the Login. Our subscribers can’t enter to the course. I see, that the plugin was updated 2025. If we will puchase the new one, can we install it like un update or maybe there is some possibility to update the old one in our website www.masterdisalvo.com

Hi, long-time user of your plug-in. Have a lot of Plan Types/Custom Post Types, and trying to delete some. In settings, by the Plan type, there is a red button – Delite, but it is not working; nothing happens when pressed, so I can not delete old plan types. Please help

Is there any module or other plugin compatible you’d know to keep tracking on members referrals ? For example, keep tracking on person A referring person B and C on it’s account AND keep tracking of person B and C being referred by person A ? Without having to write it down by hand..
