I purchased this application this morning and installed the V4. I was surprised to find that after running a test and paying a test invoice using Stripe, the system does not send a confirmation letter or receipt to the client after they make a payment. This is a core feature and should be included.

There are also a few bugs, such as:

1- When you attach a document to an invoice and save it, you cannot go back to edit or delete the attached document. 2- If an invoice with an attached document is sent by email, the customer requires login details to access the document. Why can’t they simply click and download the attachment? 3- When products are already saved in the database and you reference them while creating an invoice, the process of populating these orders is not user-friendly. It would be beneficial to have these products listed in a dropdown menu with a search functionality, without automatically populating the products when the first letter is typed.

Can you please provide answers to those concerns?

The search will auto add the product to order list if only one result found. If more than once will be listed in dropdown for selection.

The problem is still with the printing of invoices, especially when there are many items. The page break isn’t handled correctly, making it unsuitable for use. For example, if we have two pages, the invoice splits awkwardly, without a smart page break. Each page should include the header and footer, and the margins should be calculated properly, along with other basic functionalities.

Please take a look at how Dolibarr handles its print function. I understand that this is a simple invoice manager, but even a simple invoice manager should include basic features like proper page break handling when printing.

Hello, I have reported a bug few days ago, when changing the tax rates, we get error 500. It should be fixed asap.

Are you using the latest version? I have tried to check bit the tax rate and method both working fine. If you are using RC15 then please let me know the setup to reproduce issue. Otherwise you can update to RC15. Thanks

It will be good if we could modify the invoice number, like having a prefix field and starting number. It looks more professional if we see INV001 then just a number 1

Invoice numbers can’t be modified but will add the option for prefix for display purpose. Thank you

I want to buy this invoice system, but I don’t see an export option in the reports. It should be exported to Excel and PDF, and the tax report should be by custom date. If this is implemented, I will purchase it.

I would appreciate it if you could add it in the next update as I need it, and I am planning to get more licenses.

how to remove this from invoice ??? Recurring Invoice System will be automatically generate new invoice every month (monthly).

Cron Job must be setup otherwise no invoice will be generated.

The message is only shown for the staff not customers. This is just to tell that this is recurring master invoice that will be generated as per repeat cycle. Thanks

Hi, the guide for installation is old. You explain how to install 3v, but all people wants to install 4v. About the update from 3v to 4v, only 2 words. To install fresh v4, not guide, not description. If you try to install fresh V4, you don’t have “install” folder. So, if you updated your script, pls update the guide how to use v4 and install. thank you,

Both versions are in different folder and the v3 docs are in help folder while the v4 has documentation.pdf file.

There is no option to update from v3 to v4. V4 can only used with fresh installation only.

In V4entation.pdf file I see to use this link: `https://yourdomain.com/install` but if i don’t have this folder…so..the installation doesn’t start. I have tried 3 times..3 times to upload all folders and start this installation using your documentation.pdf file. But nothing.

Since the day I purchased this item, I have not been able to use it for my needs, because of the serious errors (bugs) that the item presents.

I reported many errors (bugs) to the author, it took me days and hours spending my time installing, configuring and testing this, and only disappointment, the same problems continue!

Man, this is ugly, I spent days and hours waiting for this update in the hope that the problems would be fixed, and the same problems continue to be even worse.

1 UTC that previously created the invoice with Date, Created on, Due date, showed on the same day, after this update it became WORSE, shows Date one day earlier, Created on and Date shows the same day. I had already reported this problem. See img1 If I change to America/Sao_Paulo, it shows the same error, Date, Created on, Expiration date, shows a previous day, how frustrating that is. I create the invoice today, 02-05-2024, whatever in UTC or America/Sao_Paulo it shows Date 01-05-2024 and not 02-05-2014 what madness, fatal programming error, there is no logic to that! If the invoice is created today, 02-05-2024, today’s date should be shown, 02-05-2024! I had already reported this problem. See img2

2 If I delete a Tax, it immediately shows error 500

3 When creating an invoice on the order form, if I add Tax, nothing changes the total amount nor does it show Tax information with the amount, I had already reported this problem. See img3

Honestly, I’m tired of spending days, nights, and early mornings installing, testing and reporting errors (bulgs) of this system in the hope of helping the author to make it better, but each update is frustrating!
