Even user management and Role management is also incomplete.
View only user can access all the admin functionality.
There is no difference between Super admin and View only user.

All the data is system level. If you allow users to view all then they can see all the sales but can't edit/delete sales.
SIM has only 2 roles, yes this might be incomplete for some but those should check it first on demo, not buy and say like this.
View users can't edit/delete, of course they can access all you have given them access. Didn't you?
Installation was easy, out of the box easy.

this is simple and one of the coolest script ever , now i am handling my developers payment installments very well
i just purchased and installed it never asked for admin user name or password, i cudnt reset or login i tried to reinstall it says (Installer is locked!
Please contact your developer/support.) i seriuosly dont have time for this, i can not contact you guys all the time and wait long for respose, also there is no installation manual
please refund me.

Please read the help folder. You can add new admin user and logged in to edit/delete the default user.

It doesn't work, it throws a 500 error, and the developers don't reply to my emails.

500 errors are internal server error and could be due to various reason including code, software versions and server config. Please check your server error logs and ask question with error details at support portal. We will try our best to help.

does not work with cron so no reacurring invoices.
no way to have a balance forward and apply credit to invoices.

Review without even checking the system is the worse than calling other idiots.
You can email invoices/quotation from listing page.
You can add user for customer from list customers page and they can login to client area to view their quotation/invoice and even make payment for any invoice.
I don't think you have tested the live demo before purchase (bad habit) and I am pretty sure that you haven't use it long after install and didn't ask for support before reviewing the item. The both features mentioned above are already there.
