I am trying to use your plugin (free version) but when a user share their link, it takes them to my site home page, the user will then go to registration page of my ecommerce site, create an account but the referee will not be linked to the referrer. Please tell me how does the link work.

So we want to sell products with a tiered discount system

So then there is a plan:

Group A members: SILVER 10% Discount to buy any product in our store

Group B Members: GOLD 15% Discount to buy any product in our store

Group C Members: PLATINUM Discount 25% to buy any product in our store

To become a GOLD member and get a 15% discount, buyers must buy a specific product that we determine for $20

To become a PLATINUM member and get a 25% discount, buyers must buy a specific product that we determine for $50

And at any time our admin can manually enter Member GOLD into Member PLATINUM so they can get more discounts or downgrade to Group SILVER because there have been no sales for a month.

Is it possible to use this plugin in a scenario like the one above?

I would like to ask if this plugin can achieve the following functions. How can these functions be implemented?

I have installed the Ultimate Member plugin.

I have set up four membership levels for the referred users: Registered Member, Silver, Gold, and Diamond Member.

Registered Member, Silver, and Gold Member (fully automatic upgrade) require the referred users to register and fill in the information step by step. I use Fluent Forms for the registration form. Only after the referred user is upgraded to a Diamond Member (we manually change the referred user’s role to Diamond Member after evaluation in the WP backend), then we can manually pay the commission (offline).

My commission rule is a fixed amount: for example, $100 per referred user.

First Level Referrer (affiliates): Commission rate: 60% Commission amount: $60

Second Level Referrer: Commission rate: 25% Commission amount: $25

Third Level Referrer: Commission rate: 15% Commission amount: $15

After a referrer recommends 5 referred users who reach Diamond level, the referrer will receive an additional reward of $200.

Notes:

If there is only a first-level referrer, the commission rate is paid at 100%, i.e., $100 per person. If there are only two-level referrers, the commission rate for the first-level referrer is 70%, i.e., $70 per person, and the second-level referrer is 30%, i.e., $30.

I want to achieve the following functions:

1. From the beginning when the referred user becomes a Registered Member, plugin can track the process of the referred user upgrading their membership, record their membership level changes, and record the referred user’s registration time. 2. When the referred user reaches the Diamond level (WordPress), the system reminds us to pay the commission to the referrer (offline).

3. Automatically calculate the commission amount for referrers based on different levels (visible on the front end).
