You need to disable maintenance mode under system settings.
Hello, is it possible that the fraud system is not working? Since I have set the settings under Fraud Preferences I always get mails from Fraud Alert Detected but I can’t really test whether this works or not, as the orders supposedly come from third parties. How can I check if it works? There is nothing updated in the knowledge base to read about this. Thank you
Yes, it is working and blocks spam clicks/actions if you set two proxy recognizer accounts. It will also block spam traffic from users using a proxy to spam your site and you can set it by using this guide: https://affiliatepro.org/kb-article/user-guide-configuring-proxy-vpn-blocking-services/
As you can see from the picture, I have not entered any api keys for both services, isproxyip and vpnapi, nor have I activated them, but as already mentioned, I have activated the two shadows under Fraud Preferences and nothing else. But according to the influencer, these are all purchases from his affiliate link in people he does not know, but I get a fraud mail with EVERY order and it is not counted in his dashboard. I can’t test it because it doesn’t count for me either.

The license key allows you to install it on one of them, sub_domain or main domain.

The client gets order details to his email and his client account in the store with his payment method and transaction details, amount details, and order status as well, it is not from any user, it is auto-generated from the store. It does not replace the final invoice system that you need.

we cant integrate AMS with existing site because our wordpress system is outdated ,we just want standalone new system to create shops for vendor which i think is useful option for us and affiliate program for our existing members.if i am right we can create vendors and affiliate members without membership module.i hope u understand my concern.Thank you
Yes you can use our system as a standalone and to create vendors and affiliates without a membership module but if one day you need to charge your affiliates and vendors for using the system you will need to upgrade to an extended license.
