Hi, I’d like to set up my restaurant’s reservation system. I have 2 tables for 2, 7 tables for 4, 5 tables for 6, and 2 VIP tables for 10. Customers can book and pay a minimum of €10 per person using Stripe during three time slots: 5 PM to 6:30 PM, 6:30 PM to 8 PM, and 8 PM to 10:30 PM. I also need backend admin access for bookings.
Is it possible for you to show me a working demo of both the frontend and backend via a link? I tried your backend but couldn’t see the frontend after configuration. Furthermore, everything deleted after a few minutes, preventing me from running simulations.

As indicated in this link https://imgur.com/a/AT4cyPr, the UX is not optimal. On the mobile version, a button is needed to proceed to the cart. The close button is not visible, and it’s not clear that you need to close it first and then look for the CONTINUE button.
I won’t buy it if you don’t fix the UX.

Can I set my services in such a way that there’s is a fixed booking fee for all services.
That is, the total payment expected from customer is variable service fee + Fixed booking fee. I want it in such a way that customer must pay the booking fee before appointment can be scheduled, they can pay for the service later on.
This option will require custom work.

You didn’t check the preview page completely, because everything about all the features is given on this page…. if you scroll down then you will see how to add categories and locations, please check https://aonetheme.com/appointy-preview/
This link refers to your preview in your demo but in the plugin settings there is no way to add a category which stops saving all the booking service. The second thing is why should I add title and name in the location. These are related to staff not location which itself doesn’t include any countries to be added in the scroll down menu. Also in Location, state and city which are unreasonably mandatory are scrolled down menus and depend on adding country which can’t be added, so you can’t add any services.

Hello, apparently the booking plugins only use the Gregorian calendar. I need to completely replace the Jalali (solar) calendar with the Gregorian calendar. The Parsi Date plugin converts the WordPress Gregorian calendar to the Jalali (solar) calendar, but it cannot convert the calendar of the booking plugins. Please tell me if you buy this plugin, is it possible for you to change the Gregorian calendar? Thank you

Since I bought this plugin for cleaning business booking it has been one thing or the other. All plugins in the site function well with this Appointy, but Appointy always have compatibility issue with them. Updating to WordPress latest version along side other plugins has made Appointy booking form to stop working.
We will check and let you know the exact reason. Because it’s working fine on other buyers websites and even at our end with latest version of wordpress.
So we checked and found that problem is with WC calculator plugin, this plugin has customised the WC hook and asking for 3 required fields and applied validation on these, that’s why our hook of adding random product to cart is being blocked. So it’s not our plugin’s fault, so we have to apply fix in WC calculator plugin’s code in order to make proceed to checkout run. For some reason integration with Woocommerce is not working properly. I can add a appointment to the cart and proceed to checkout, but then I am always getting this error: Something went wrong when placing the order. How do I find the customer appointment interface of the software?
Customer account gets created using email that he/she files during appointment booking and then email with password generation get sent to the customer so he can setup password for his account and login.
