I’m having 2 issues:

The Country, State and City fields for the locations are not populating, The Google Maps API key is populated properly.

When attempting to pick a date in any part of the availability section it seems to pick a random date instead of the selected date.

Hi! I can see in the documentation that there must be a way to customize the Currency-Symbol since some of the Images are in Rupees and some in Dollar. I need to set it to “CHF”. I translated most of the Lables with Loco and some needed changes with Better search and Replace. But ”$” will not really work since $ is a common Symbol on PHP, so I guess I would just destroy the whole System… So how can I change the Currency? Thanks and best regards!

Hello, I don’t know why you guys have refused to reply my mail. I bought plugin and I have been having one problem to the other. Your plugin contradicting with WooCommerce and other plugin. booking form not mobile friendly. It skips up and down. The worst part your team has not replied my mail.

Reply: Plugin use woocommerce as payment option so the plugins related to woocommerce checkout should be working fine.

First of all, I would like to thank you for your amazing plugin. It is truly helpful and suits my professional needs perfectly. However, I am currently facing a small issue regarding availability management.

I provide home massage services, either for 1 hour or 1 hour and 30 minutes, and I work alone. Therefore, I haven’t added any staff members in the plugin settings. I have set my availability as follows: every day from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with 30-minute intervals.

For the user, this means they see the following time slots: 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, etc.

The problem I’m facing is that when someone books a 1-hour massage at 9:30, for example, the available slots displayed are: 9:00, 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, etc. Only the 9:30 AM slot is blocked, but the other times are still available for booking. Since the massage lasts for an hour, I would like the booking form to account for this time and block all overlapping slots, as I am the only one providing the service.

Ideally, if a client books a slot at 9:30, no one else should be able to book until 11:00, considering:

9:30 + 1 hour massage + 30 minutes buffer time between appointments.

I have searched through the documentation and all the settings, but I haven’t found an option to configure this. Could you please guide me on how to set it up correctly?

Additionally, when I receive bookings outside of the website (for example, by phone), I would like to be able to manually add these appointments to the site, so they are reflected in my calendar and block the corresponding time slots for online bookings as well.

Hello, I am using your plugin and I find it fantastic, although I am encountering a few issues. First: every service, even though I have correctly set it to require more than one hour to be completed, when booked only occupies a one-hour time slot. For example, I am building a website for a cleaning company, and we offer a cleaning service. If this service (obviously set to Hourly) is selected for a duration of more than one hour, the timing in the invoice is correct, but in the bookable time slots available to users, only the first hour is blocked. I hope I’ve explained myself clearly. Additionally, I don’t need the option to choose a location or staff, just services, extra services, and date and time.

The second issue I encountered is that once a service and a date are selected, if the service is repeated, the total amount does not increase, and the user ends up paying for just one service. (And in this case, the previous issue reoccurs, where the service occupies only one hour even if it’s for multiple hours on the scheduled repeated dates.) I would need the payment to either be set as ‘recurring’ so the user is charged for the service every time it is carried out, or, if the user repeats the service, for example, three times, WooCommerce should create three products, and the user should pay for all three directly.

Additionally, if the user repeats the service, they should be able to see the times of all their scheduled appointments in the confirmation email, not just the first one, and this should also be reflected in the invoice.

Hi, I was wondering if it was possible to switch the language of the plugin. I searched in the folder and I’ve seen that there are many languages, but how do I switch them? I also noticed that in the form, in the last step where you are supposed to insert your info there’s no possibility to use Italian number, I’ve checked in the directory with source code of the plugin and it seems to have the IT prefix but idk why there’s no choice in the final step of the form. if needed I can send some screenshots.

Hi, I have a showroom A with 3 desks/offices where each of the 10 dealers/staff can book time to welcome their customers. The software is used to optimize times and always occupy the desks/offices and always keep the showroom full. Then I have another showroom B with 2 desks/offices but which do not require resellers, because there are always permanent operators.

It is therefore necessary to manage appointments to create estimates in real time without charging anything for the booking.

The admin must see all the appointments of both showrooms or book them in the backoffice. While the collaborators of showroom A must see theirs with Google Calendar integration.

In the appointy booking system you can add branches/locations and assign staff members to specific location. So users of your site will be able to select the location of your showroom first and then available staff members at that showroom will be visible, so user can select the staff member and proceed to the next step. Google calendar option is given to each staff members, so they can login to their account and can see their appointments and also can connect their google calendar with the system so all of their appointments will be visible on the google calendar as well.

Admin can connect his google calendar as well and can see all appointments.

Hiya Please help. In general, I am finding the setup quite complicated and my packages are relatively simple.

AVAILABILITY: - I have set the GLOBAL availability for ALL members. But when I try to test a booking it keeps saying “Sorry, this service is not available on this day. Please choose another day.” - I even tried to add the SAME global times to each service, but it is still giving me the above “sorry” message.

The plugin is causing error to the theme >> customize. It caused an error on the edit page too but I was able to fixed by installing the classic editor plugin. However, the error is still there on theme customize.
