What happens if clients are booked for the event and the admin cancels the event or sets it to unavailable? Will customers receive information that the event they were booked for has been cancelled?
Plugin is not sending email notification in this case. You will need to message your customers manually.

Hello there, i am really interesting buying your plugin for a gym website.It seems you guys did a really nice job there. I have some questions. First of all is there any documentation how to install the plugin and imported the demo data? Secondly is there an option that the seats automatically empty in the begining of the week. Does it support a cancel booking and then the seat is empty after canceling. Also i want only the login users to have access to the timetable

3. After booking customer is receiving confirmation email which is including cancel booking link. It is also possible to make bookings available only for logged users.

Hello! Pre sales questions here. I just found out about your plugin and it looks fantastic for what I have in mind. I only have a question though. How can I restrict the booking ability to users? What I mean is, I don’t want, anyone to be able to book a class, but only paying customers. I understand that I can set it to only logged in users but this isn’t enough. Let me give you an example. A logged in (or guest) user without any purchases should not be able to book. When a logged in user has purchased a specific course (let’s say for the duration of one month), the user should be able to book the time slots he desires in that particular time period (of 1 month). Hi. I would like to create 2 calendars with 2 different links. On one calendar you have to manage the appointments of 3 desks (3 quantities) to be managed by 10 collaborators (staff), and on the other calendar there are 2 desks with no collaborators. Can I create with your software?

I’m currently in the process of selecting a plugin for booking calls, and before making a purchase, I need to confirm whether it includes certain critical features:
I need the plugin to sync with Google Calendar. The synchronization must be two-way, meaning that if one of our staff members already has a meeting scheduled, that time slot should automatically be marked as unavailable. Additionally, I need the plugin to consider slots as available only if all members of a specific user group are free during that time. For our client calls, multiple team members are involved, each with their own schedule and ongoing meetings. Do these features exist in the plugin? Unfortunately, while the description is quite detailed, I couldn’t find these specifics, which are very important to me.

Plugin is providing Google Calendar import/export functionality but it needs to be performed manually under plugin configuration area. Automatic synchronization is not available.
Hello. I am interested in buying the plug in but I want to ask some questions to see if I can use it the way I want to.
I want to put the plugin into the website I built for my gym.
The way I want it to work is that people will see the calendar when they log in and I will provide credits that they can use to book a certain hour of the day.
They will not have the choice to buy credits only I will be able to give them to them. Also when 3 or 6 people book a certain hour I want it to become unavailable.
Do you think this is something your plugin can do? In any case we can make customizations if needed?

You can set the number of available slots to book for each event hour and maximum number of slots available to book for single user (in general, not for individual customers). So for example you can set 6 available slots and then set additional limit, so single user can book for example maximum 2 slots of that 6 available for particular event hour.
Thats nice. The thing is my customer wants to give credits to users so they can use them to book classes. Is this something that can be done with your plugin? I know there is a system on wordpress called mycred but is this something that can work?
Such a functionality isn’t available anyway you’re allowed to modify plugin so it will suit your needs. I don’t know mentioned system, so I’m not able to tell you if it will work in your case.

Is there an option to create different timetables for different locations? Here is a simple example I have a dance studio but I have several locations let’s say Hall 1, 2, 3 etc and I have multiple classes (salsa, break dance, tango etc) every day of the week and I have these classes in all locations. Is it possible to assign an entry of any of the classes to a particular location if not do you have a workaround which could be done with the existing functionality?

You can create as many timetables as you need. So you can create separate timetable for each of your location and then display your classes in appropriate location using event categories and/or event hours categories filters.

I have a two part pre-purchase question.
We offer to book a sports ground for minimum 1 hour and half an hour increments after that, for example 5 to 6, 6 to 7:30 or 7:30 to 10 PM.
Question 1.1:
Now suppose someone books the ground for 1 hour – 5 PM to 6 PM. And someone else wants to book the ground from 6:30 to 7:30. They shouldn’t see the timeslot to book from 6:30. So that the empty time between 6 PM and 6:30 PM is not wasted. They can book from 6 to 7 or 7:30 to 8:30 PM or even 10 to 11:30 PM. So that there aren’t any empty 30 minute slots which leads to revenue loss. Is there a feature which allows us to add some logic to the slot availability so that there are no 30 min gaps between bookings?
In other words, The time slot from 6:30 PM should not be available if a previous booking is for 5 to 6 PM. Only 6 PM onward slots should be available to book – for example 6 to 7, 7 to 8, 7 to 8:30, 7:30 to 8:30, 8:30 etc. Again, if there is a previous booking for 5 to 6, and someone books from 7 to 8:30, then the 9:30 slot should not be available to book.
I hope I was able to explain this.. if you need any clarifications, please ask.
Question 1.2:
In case the above functionality is not possible, could we charge the customers for that empty 30 mins between bookings if they want to book the 6:30 slot?
Say we charge $100 for 1 hour. Someone books 5 to 6 PM slot for $100. Along comes another customer and they want to book the 6:30 slot. Because the difference between last booking and the current booking they are trying to make is 30 minutes, additional $50 is added to their booking amount to make up for the empty 30 minutes. A note is displayed on the payment screen saying that additional charge for 30 mins payable or a separate sub-total row is displayed.
If they change the time to 7 to 8, the prices go back to $100.

Plugin is providing 2 description fields for each event hour which you can use for custom content. It is possible to add links there. You can assign events to categories and filter by category, so you can try to use categories as your speakers.

1) Can individual booking forms for each staff member be embedded in a page?
2) Are multi-day bookings possible? (ie. 9PM Wednesday to 6AM Thursday)
3) Can different $ rates be charged for different time of day (ie normal pricing, after-hours pricing)
4) After booking is submitted, can customer be redirected to a custom URL?
5) Can booking data/parameters/tags be sent via the redirect URL for each completed booking? Example: Start_Time=, End_Time=, Customer_Email= etc. etc.

1) You can have as many timetables on the page as you need. If you need different booking forms, for example if you need custom form fields depends on the timetable, then custom coding will be needed.
2) Plugin is not providing such a functionality.
3) That depends on you, plugin is not setting charge rates for the bookings.

Yes, it is possible to enable guest booking without registration. For guest booking you can choose to enable optional fields like: name, phone and message, there is also required e-mail field enabled by default. It is possible to change labels for those fields for your custom ones.

We have at the moment one car which have 4 seats available for booking. The bookable product would be: – Beginner course (4 seats individual bookable) – Advanced course (4 seats individual bookable) – VIP beginner course (takes all 4 seats) – VIP advance course (takes all 4 seats)
At first all 4 courses should be bookable. If someone books a vip product, no other product should be bookable during this time period. If someone books a „standard“ course, all other products should not anymore be bookable for the same timeslot except the remaining seats of the same product/course.

You can set the number of available slots for each event/course but if you need to restrict availability of the slots for one course depends on the bookings from other one, then some custom coding will be needed.

I have a swimming pool which I rent privately to families per hour from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM by each family. When the customer book an accomodation in our farm, I have to assign an hour or two hours swimming pool to each family. Will your plugin accomplish this ? Once I assign a swimming pool’s time slot for the customer, will the customer receive a notification with their swimming pool time schedule ?
