I get an invalid event hour error. Don’t see the use of paying $48 to renew support when everything has been working and then just stopped. Maybe an update is due. It has been working for more than 2 years and now all of a sudden I get this error when the booking button is pressed.

Hi, I purchased a theme and found your plugin in the included package. Your plugin is very well done, congratulations! There would be 2 things that aren’t very good. The PDF export must include a header, i.e. the possibility of inserting at least one company logo. And then the reservations do not show the date but only the day of the week for example Monday 10:00-11:00 and not Monday 4 March 10:00-11:00 or at least 4 March 10:00-11:00. Don’t you think you need 2 options to make it perfect? Thank you Good day

You can insert company logo in pdf header, you can find solution here: https://support.quanticalabs.com/forum/topic/26051/logo-top-of-pdf-form (to get access you need to purchase plugin license). If you would like to show dates in column headers, you can add them as text. If you would like to have them added automatically, then custom plugin modification will be needed.

You can check different demos here. Timetable offers bookings with email confirmation but if you would like to add payments, you will need to put your payment link in email message or booking confirmation window.
Hi, I have been working with the plugin for a long time but now I am interested in adding the booking functionality.
The question I have is, when do the default reservations expire? I don’t see how to configure that.
For example, a sports center that has weekly classes. Imagine that users book all the classes on Monday. when can they book for the next Monday, do the bookings have to be manually deleted, or is there a way to schedule the deletion (or expiration) of the bookings?

I am looking for a solution to list Coliving Rooms on my website.
The plugin should be able to connect to the Coliving booking system (calendar? CRM?) to get the available rooms.
Important is also that there will be a 10% commission charged for each booking.
The booking fee, excluding the commission, should be transferred to the Coliving.
How to deal with changes and cancellations? Is there a solution for this in the plugin?

If you would like to integrate plugin with some external system to get information about room availability, then custom coding will be needed. Similar for payments. For booking cancellations, customers are receiving emails with booking confirmation and there is cancellation link included. You can also remove booking from admin area.
is it possible to have flexible booking where the user can defined the start and end time and dates (if repeating)?
Start and end time need to be defined by admin who is adding event. For guests bookings you can enable ‘Message’ field where user can leave custom message for you. So you can use it to grab custom hours from user.

1. They remain but we can prepare automatic remove functionality if you will be interested.
2. By default slots will be available as long as you won’t remove the bookings, then they will be released. If you will decide to have auto-remove from point 1. then the best option is to set auto remove for 24.00. In this case slots will be available automatically again.

With timetable you’re assigning event hours to columns. You can add as many columns you like and set custom header/title for each column (it is text, so you can set weekday, location, date or any custom one). Anyway dedicated calendar/month view is not available.
I’d like:
1) Demo 5 but the ability to add concurrent events to each time slot, ie more than one event will be taking place at the same time in each time slot, for example:
Monday 9-10: karate: room 1, Judo: room 2, boxing: room 3
2) Multiple class/event managers to be able to administer their own events, but not interfere with other managers events.
Are those options possible, please?

Re 1: I think I’ve found an answer to that one, where one commenter says they don’t like the layout when there are concurrent events and they offered this screen grab: https://prnt.sc/nj5do5. Personally I don’t think it’s too bad for my purposes, but please confirm.
Re 2: if possible, it would be really good to see the interface that class/event managers will have to go through to be able to administer their own events. I need something that’s super simple for them.

Yes, you can enable guests booking under plugin configuration. Guest will receive booking confirmation email with cancel link in it.
The number of available slots can be set for each event hour separately.
For guests there are name, phone and message fields available (you can choose which ones to display and which ones should be required) + email field which is required. You can change labels of those fields using language files.

Plugin doesn’t provide such a functionality. You can only limit number of slots per user additionally.
I would like to buy the plugin but i’m looking for a timetable like demo #4 with option to pick date first from calendar picker and events than to have option to multi select of slots in the timetable picked . After the multiple picker of the slots i would like to go to purchase. is there an option to do that? if coding should be added i would love for quick help as i need it asap.

Hello, How much control do we have on the PDF generator i find it too small and hard to read as shedule are too far from schedule time. is it possible to make the space between smaller and set the font bigger so it’s easier to read on a mobile ? thanks
