We are leveraging Houzez as the backend of this app. Houzez supports mls listings via Realtyna mls. Please check if your mls is supported out of box by Realtyna. We have few clients who are managing mls based Houzez website and they are running Houzi based apps.

Calendar for what purpose? For dates, you can use Date Formatter to formate the dates the way you want.
We have integrated Apple and Google in-app-purchase in the app. Any other payment method may get you rejected by Apple or Google.
You can add zarinpal or any other payment on your Houzez website if it is supported by WooCommerce.

App fetches all of its data and listings from the website. You cannot disable it. Website is absolutely necessary.

if the website based on Houzez theme is up and running and app is connected with website, then users will be able to add listings from the app.
yes, the website will be “disabled, in terms of .. maintenance mode.. so people wont have access to it .. it just want to use the app
Yes. That will work. Make sure the “maintenance mode” doesn’t disable the rest api or any theme or plugin. It should only disable the front end pages.

Is it possiable to track property visters in the app ? We can see it only if the user visit the property from the website
If the user is logged in, and they open the listing details, only then their visit is recorded.
how can i view it? is there Insight in the app ?
There’s an Insights plugin by the theme author for the website. Insights isn’t not available in the app, just the crm.
I have the Insights plugin and i can see the results when viewing property from the website, but when i am logged in in the app i dont see the results in the website

You can add as many property types as you want. It can be land, farmhouse, cropfield, farm, vineyard or any type of property. You can add these dynamically from your admin panel, and it will appear in the app automatically.

can the mobile gateway be integrated in the app or the hauzez theme
If the payment gateway has woocommerce plugin, it should work for the website. However it will require custom programming on the mobile app side.

These roles are active for demo only. You will be able to choose and keep active roles on your website as admin. You can keep one role for example Seller, when configuring your own system. Seller role is the one that can list properties and search listings to buy.

Hi, Do you have Houzez Real Estate theme setup on your website? This app works with Houzez system.
Because every version of houzi_package from path depends on intl 0.19.0 and every version of flutter_localizations from sdk depends on intl 0.18.1, houzi_package from path is incompatible with flutter_localizations from sdk. So, because houzi depends on both flutter_localizations from sdk and houzi_package from path, version solving failed.
Please open following file:
PROJECT_HOME/packages/houzi_package/pubspec.yaml
Find intl package line and set its version to 0.18.1
or remove the intl package line, so app can use the one added by flutter_localization package.
Using flutter sdk 3.22.xx or above shouldn’t have this issue.

Houzez (the theme) offers several roles like Agency, Agent, Seller, Buyer. They’re leveraged in the app. So app offers different option for agency, agent, seller and buyer.
For example, an agency can create agents in its profile.
Agents can create listing in the agency profile.
Buyer cannot add listings (Useful if you only want to add listing yourself).
Admins can approve, disapprove / delete listings.
