Hello,

When I click on USD, GDP and EUR it shows the prices as 0.00. Which shows my products as out of stock and unavailable. Is there a setting I can use to fix this?

Kind Regards

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I don’t quite understand the problem, could you please clarify? Price = 0 doesn’t affect the inventory quantity: https://share.nmblc.cloud/0c6fbb26

However, empty the price does make the Add to cart button invisible.

Best regards.

Hi,

We are using a plugin to build product boxes, you can check the following product link, https://holycrap.adfuel.io/product/superseed-cereal-1kg-box-pick-3/

when we try to change the price on this page its working fine but when we added the product to cart and then check on cart/checkout page then it does not work, converting to wrong amount. You can test it from you end as well. Your plugin working fine with simple products but not these custom bundle products.

What should we do now? Bundle product say its Currency plugin issue,

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

The issue may be related to compatibility between the two plugins. Can I ask which plugin you’re currently using to create those product boxes?

In some cases, switching to a different plugin that’s more compatible with ours can resolve these types of issues. If you’re open to exploring alternatives, we’d be happy to recommend this free one that might work better with our currency setup.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Best regards.

This is the plugin for Bundle product, https://wisdmlabs.com/assorted-bundles-woocommerce-custom-product-boxes-plugin/

Thank you for recommending the plugin for bundles but our client like the current layout and we already used the one you recommended. I also contacted with Wisdmlabs about this issue and they told me to contact with you, don’t know how we can fix this issue.

I also tried this plugin and same issue with plugin https://woocommerce.com/products/custom-mix-match-product-boxes/

here I set up the product with this plugin, you can test it, facing the same issue: https://holycrap.adfuel.io/product/test-2/

Thank you for your effort and trying. I indeed want to help with this compatibility issue, however, these 2 plugins aren’t in our compatible plugins list. That means, we haven’t specifically integrated our plugin with them before. But I noticed that your Item Support has expired, which limits our ability to assist with issues like this.

If you decide to renew your Item Support, we’d be happy to take a closer look at the compatibility between the plugins. While we can’t promise a complete solution right away, we’ll do our best to see if it’s possible to build compatibility between them.

Please let us know how you’d like to proceed. We’re here to assist however we can.

Hello,

I purchased your Premium plugin for my website makinadepom.com. But I can’t make the setting.

I want to enter the Euro or Dollar price for my products and have it appear in TL on my website and during payment.

Best Regards.

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

You can try the Auto select currency feature under Location setting tab. Please see this tutorial video for more details.

Please enable Currency by Country option, then assign all countries to TL, and no country for the the others.

Best regards.

I can only enter a price for the product in one currency type. Isn’t it possible to enter a price in a specific currency type for the product? If I cannot enter money in different foreign currencies for each product, the application is of no use to me. Please confirm my refund by codecanyon.

I’m sorry to hear that. I’ll keep you updated via your refund request.

Hi. I have a pre-purchase question.

Can I input prices in different currencies (for example in EUR and USD – suppliers prices) and have them visible in PLN on my page and in the chackout.

Thank you for your response.

If you want the price in PLN for your customers, perhaps you can display prices in PLN, like, on every page instead of just single product pages and checkout page? Or do you need prices in PLN on exactly single product pages and checkout page only?

If PLN on all page is alright, then you can set up the Location tab on free version like this: https://share.nmblc.cloud/687062b1 And enable “Pay in many currencies” option under Checkout page.

Also, you don’t need to update price manually, unless you’re using Fixed price feature. Price in additional currencies will be auto updated based on exchange rate.

My English might not be very good. I’m talking about input currencies, not these for customers, However, I’ve checked your plugin thoroughly and it doesn’t have the feature I’m talking about though I’ve found one that has it. It’s called WooCommerce Multi-Currency (https://premmerce.com/woocommerce-multi-currency). If yours had that feature, I would buy it in a blink of an eye because its seems to be generally better.

I’m glad to hear you found the one you need. Thank you for updating me.

Pre-sale question.

Can the plugin automatically show the users currency via geolocation without using the currency switcher?

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Yes, it’s handled by Auto Detect >> Auto select currency option under Location setting tab. For a better view, please visit our tutorial video.

Best regards.

Hi there, support has expired on the plugin, but wondering why the plugin is requiring us to purchase another license? surely this isn’t an annual subscription plugin? It doesn’t say this on the purchase page

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

It’s just a notification that the Item Support expired. You don’t need to purchase another license to make the plugin work, no worries. If you don’t like it, please click the “Dismiss” button to hide the banner permanently.

Best regards.

I am considering purchasing your plugin, but I’ve seen some reviews mentioning that it slows down websites. Could you clarify if this is the case?

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Our plugin doesn’t slow the website. For a better view, I would recommend testing with our free plugin first: http://bit.ly/woo-multi-currency

Or check our demo: http://new2new.com/?item=woo-multi-currency

If there’s anything else we can assist with regarding the plugin, feel free to let us know. We’re here to help!

Best regards.

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We addressed this issue. Could you please open a ticket on this Support Forum? I’ll send you the hotfix.

Best regards.

I have a question before deciding to purcahse this plugin. Is it possible with this plugin? for example, assigning a price in a second or third currency, let’s say in Euro , the product costs 10 EUR , but it will be automatically calculated in USD the main currency of the e-commerce, and the user will buy it in USD after being calculated the equivalence. Regards!

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

As far as I understand from your inquiry, you want to add price in a 2nd currency, and calculate the price in the base currency, is that it?

I’m afraid it’s not our plugin feature. It only calculates prices based on the default currency and exchange rate. Exchange rate of the default currency is always 1.

I’m not sure what you want to achieve. However, I recommend trying our free CURCY for a better overview of our plugin’s major features: http://bit.ly/woo-multi-currency

Best regards.

$34 Regular License = 1yr?

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

The $34 Regular License is for lifetime usage of the plugin. It includes free Item support for 6 months, but you can continue using/updating the plugin beyond that without additional costs.

Best regards.

Hello, right now i’m using your free plugin, i would like to upgrade to premium!

I have a question, is it compatible with this plugin?

https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-email-template-customizer/28656007

if the purchase is made in dollars $, I would like to know how many euros it corresponds to!

For example:

Product 1 cost: 10$ on this plugin: WooCommerce Email Template Customizer i want to display also that product price in EURO. Can this be done?

Thanks!

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

To clarify, the currency displayed in order confirmation emails reflects the currency used for the order. As far as I understand, you want to show product price in USD on the site, but make the price EUR on email. If yes, I’m afraid we don’t have this feature at the moment, regardless of the email customizer plugin above.

Just so you know, with CURCY, if the checkout currency is not the default currency, then for email sent manually from admin, there will be details of price in default currency, like this: https://zopen.to/BxPi0jrbet6jHmWVorIA

Best regards.

Hello Villa Theme Team,

After conducting various tests and deactivating our website cache and related plugins, we’ve identified a potential issue: it seems that Curcy does not work with the WordPress block editor (Gutenberg) Checkout block but functions correctly with the Classic (deprecated) Checkout block. Could you please confirm if this is accurate?

The geolocation feature on our website works well with both the cart block (in either block editor or deprecated versions) and the Checkout block. However, when using the Gutenberg Checkout block, the price initially displays according to the geolocation but then immediately switches to the default currency.

If your plugin is not compatible with the Gutenberg block editor, we may need to consider switching to a different plugin. We want to ensure that our conclusion is correct before taking further steps.

Please note, we are not referring to any WooCommerce block plugin but specifically to the core WordPress Gutenberg block editor.

We look forward to your feedback.

Thank you,

Han

Hi,

Thank you for your detailed message.

Currently, the checkout-related features of our plugin do not apply to the WooCommerce Checkout block within the Gutenberg block editor. These features are only effective on pages created using shortcodes. Unfortunately, we’ve done a lot of research and tried several approaches, but none have worked out well, and we don’t have a solution for this yet.

While we’ll definitely keep an eye on this matter and look for a workaround for it, if you know of any plugin that offers similar features and works with the Checkout block, we would appreciate it if you could share it with us.

Thank you for your understanding.

Best regards.

Thank you for your straightforward message.

We appreciate that you didn’t shy away from sharing the current limitations regarding the WooCommerce Gutenberg Checkout block. It’s clear that you’ve put in effort to find a solution, even though the incompatibility remains.

We’ll begin investigating other plugins’ capabilities from here and may reach out to share some insights if our search proves fruitful.

All the best.

Thank you. We truly appreciate your understanding, and are grateful for any insights you discover along the way.

Is it possible to show different currencies to clients BUT still checkout with default currency?

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Yes, it’s possible. You just need to disable multicurrency at Checkout to achieve that.

For testing, you can try our free CURCY: http://bit.ly/woo-multi-currency

Best regards.

hi i am using the other popular currency swticher fox but it has many issues like it doesn’t work with cloudflare or not working with wprocket plugin, just want to know is your pluing also same? or we can use wprocket and cloudflare with it also.

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I would recommend testing with the free plugin for a better understanding: http://bit.ly/woo-multi-currency

For cache, it has an option called “Use cache plugin” under “General” tab. You can read this documentation for more details. In free version, you can use the Ajax option.

Best regards.

Hello

presales question I use the free version but I will buy the pro

now I use the fixed price feature and I set two currencies, I need to add one more currency but I need to use it reat exchange not a fixed price in this currency

is this doable?

also, i use the Currency by Country feature and assigned Currency for USD >> all world >> fixed price EGP >> egypt >>> fixed price AED >> Emirati >>> I need to add by exchange rate from USD

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

For this concern: now I use the fixed price feature and I set two currencies, I need to add one more currency but I need to use it reat exchange not a fixed price in this currency

>> Yes, you can leave the price input field of the currency which you want to use exchange rate empty. E.g. you want customer to see converted price in USD and fixed price in AED + EGP, simply leave the price field in USD empty.

But this can’t be done if USD is the base currency of the site.

You can check this with the free version as well. For more details, please visit our documentation of Fixed price feature here.

Best regards.

Hello there! Why I can’t create a ticket on https://villatheme.com/supports/forum/plugins/woo-multi-currency/? I purchased 6 month support today, but it says “You can not create topic at this category forum. Please renew or enter your purchased code.”. Please, advise.

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Can you try re-authenticating the license again by following this instruction – till the Item Support duration is updated, then create a ticket again?

On our system, your Item Support shows up expired recently, it’s not updated. So you can’t post a ticket yet. Please update the new expiry date by reauthenticating license as suggested above first.

Thank you.

Best regards.

Hi, I wanted to ask a quick question about your features. I noticed that when using your plugin with Discount Rules and Dynamic Pricing for WooCommerce by Discount Team that it displays the range of prices on the product page (for example £8-£20) instead of the standard price for 1 item (£20). I wanted to know if there is a option to turn this off on the back-end so it only shows 1 price? Many thanks.

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I think the pricing range on product page is the feature of Discount Rules and Dynamic Pricing for WooCommerce. Because CURCY doesn’t have have any option for showing pricing range.

Can you contact Discount Team and ask them about this?

Best regards.

Hi, I just bought and installed this plugin. At my staging shop with test version of plugin currency amount does change fine, but at my live shop with pro-version it does not change!? If I switch e.g from Euro 49,90 to Danish Krones it switch the flag, and the symbol, but the amount is still 49,90!? Settings are the same. What can I do?

I’m glad to hear that. Thank you for the updates.

Hi, I’m trying to register an account at your support page to open a ticket, but I receive no password!? Also password reset don’t work! It is not in my spam file!

Hi. I’m sorry to hear that.

I just try the “Lost password” option and the reset password email was sent to my address correctly. However, can you try this “Login with Envato” button: https://nimb.ws/A6Yc07d

Please login with that button on the same device and browser you log in to this Envato account of yours.

Let me know if this helps.

Thank you.

Why I don’t have updates on my dashboard? i have to download and update it manually each time there’s an update.

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I’m not sure but perhaps you referred to the Auto update? If yes, the Auto update feature tags along with the Item Support. So once the Item Support expired, the plugin aren’t updated automatically anymore.

However, you can still receive auto updates in a different way – please visit this instruction – part III. PREMIUM PLUGINS

Best regards.

Hello, I want to make product price displays over two types of exchange rates, is this possible?

Example : 100 TL / 5$ let the prices look like this, no currency converter I will buy the plugin if this is possible.

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I don’t quite understand the “two types of exchange rates” part, but if you want the price to show in 2 different currencies at the same time, then you can use this “Approximate price” feature: https://youtu.be/_DV2XVETUzM?si=B5lLN_vf7wTgTXjV&t=696

E.g. https://nimb.ws/gbVx4Wt

This feature is also available in the free version, I would recommend testing it first: http://bit.ly/woo-multi-currency

Best regards.
