I have a codecanyon purchased version of this plugin with 2-months of support remaining. The plugin stopped working, we only use it for one page, one video on our whole site.
I tried deactivating/reactivating and this did not solve the problem. I’ve downloaded codecanyon-dg8xsml9-simple-video-player-svplayer-plugin-for-visual-composer.zip

Ok, aside from envato/code canyon embedding a zip in a zip and not telling us. It is reinstalled and doesn’t work. The code for the shortcode worked when we installed svplayer and tested it 3-month ago why should it stop working?

That’s not possible. This is a healthcare business web site with a number of commerce based plugins. I’ll schedule some downtime and disable all the plug-ins and re-enable svPlayer, if it still doesn’t work and you can’t provide any further help I’ll have to go find another solution.

The plugin is enabled again. I have not checked the shortcodes at all. Around 10pm tonight (Tuesday, Denver Colorado time) I plan to step through all the plug-ins deactivating all and reactivating one at a time and checking svPlayer.
I will post what I find, but all the other plugins will need to be reactivated before 11:30pm.

We are using svPlayer here: https://rmemnc.com/service/motion-amplification. The video loads fine for me and my colleague, but my doesn’t see anything at all—not even a video-sized space.
