Id like a refund, I just purchased your biolinks and in the description shows payment options available but using the 69.00 license does not enable this, this is useless if I am unable to make money and 499.00 is way too expensive.

Hope you’re doing great,
A refund is only applicable by the refunding guidelines on envato, so if you downloaded the product and installed it, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
Please keep in mind, this was stated in the product description, product images and envato licensing terms numerous times.
1 – It is literally in the second paragraph of the product:
“You can use the software for your own needs, as an agency or for your team – with the Regular License. If you want to start a business, sell plans to other users and make money, you will need the Extended License.”
4 – Requirements section: “Important: If you plan to use the product for business purposes and get paid by your users that you bring on the platform, in any way (directly via the already existing payment methods or outside of the already existing ones), you must use the extended license.”
5 – Envato terms: “Regular License $69 Use, by you or one client, in a single end product which end users are not charged for. The total price includes the item price and a buyer fee.”
You can not state that this was not clearly and visible said prior to that, as it is literally in 5 places of the product page here on codecanyon.

I hope this message finds you well this week. First and foremost, I’m aware that I don’t currently have active support, so I’ve been trying to resolve issues on my own over here. However, there are some things for which I lack the capability and experience that you have.
The video (https://youtu.be/bJJttrvIYbs) I recorded shows how, in the link shortener, even when I paste a URL with parameters into the browser, the analyzed data doesn’t appear. It shows up fine in the bio links, but not in the shortener.
I kindly request that you analyze whether this is an error that can be resolved in the next update. I saw a comment mentioning that the utm_ is missing in the URLs, but even when I manually type it, I haven’t had success with the data.

I’ve identified a new bug regarding the UTM feature. When I input UTMs via the fields, the sample displayed in the panel is correct. However, after generating the link, the UTM parameters change. For instance:
Displayed sample: ?utm_source=66biolink&utm_medium=banner&utm_campaign=blackfriday
Actual outcome: ?source=66biolink&medium=banner&campaign=blackfriday
This discrepancy could lead to data loss in Google Analytics for users.

Most guest short URL systems are bombarded with spam, scam & porn links that will get your domain banned in no time.

Since it is long procedure for users to create an account then use, we want to make this service available for local limited area, also we can use Captcha and Blacklist porn websites domains words.

I did, and I literally linked you a GTMetrix report screenshot made right now with amazing scores, which is even better (more metrics and scores) than lighthouse and is based on lighthouse.
Now its 53 on performance, beter than complete failure, don’t know why it was failing here.

There’s a bug that needs attention: Currently, if the user upgrades his plan and make 100 bio pages, then decides not renew his subscription after a month. All 100 pages will continue to function normally and drain server resources without any limitation. Only limitation is when it comes to creating new pages.
Why not add a lock popup like this https://i.imgur.com/rx52eAu.png – which can be customized from the admin panel to users who exceeded the free plan limit of bio pages no matter how many pages they have. it will show on all of them until they delete unnecessary pages to corresponds with the free plan limit, or upgrade their plan.
This is a great idea to increase conversions and also to not drain server resources for users who are looking to abuse the system.

Hello Fabian. From what I gathered here in the comments, it was resolved in version 46 if I’m not mistaken. However, upon uploading to version 47, I noticed the error.
From what I understood, after some time, the error is being caused by the cookie consent. Disabling it made the error disappear. I noticed that the pop-up is no longer overlaying the page content but is fixed, even forcing a scroll until approval. I’ve uploaded the files three times already, cleared all cache, and the error persists.
I’m leaving this message for informational purposes only, as I no longer have support rights. So, I hope it gets resolved for me in the next update.

When a user chooses that template, it will use generate the exact content that the biolink page you chose has.

Location is based on the Free GEOIP maxmind database, it is as accurate as it gets for a free database. If you wish to have a paid one with much more accuracy, you’d need to check their fees and pay them to give you a more accurate one and replace the existing one.

This would allow the super admin to fully customize the dashboard per plan, ensuring that each user only sees the features included in their subscription.
