Two separate servers, same issues on both. Seems like many issues with this project. Gettings 422 + 500 errors on API/V1, unable to post anything. Pretty sure you will say create a ticket…in that case we will have to abandon this project. It is nice if it would work but seems errors in the code when tracing back. Already installed migration and composer install manually via SSH and made sure of file permissions still same issues. Seems controller might need update or the vender files perhaps.

New customers beware as it is not a simple click to install then you are done, code needs work to function…. yes cron is functioning as well + Debug is enabled, nothing is posting in the logs so amazing project here.

Make sure to use BeDesk installer or update, instead of manually running composer or migration commands as this might cause issues.

Regarding the errors, please create a ticket on your support site, it’s hard to say what is causing this without taking a look at the site otherwise.

I would like to buy this script but does incoming mail support Office365 as basic auth is not available anymore

Hi thank you but just confirming again, I am not talking about personal outlook but Office365 for business. In your demo admin panel, I saw the IMAP option, but only Google has an OAuth2 connector, I couldn’t find one for Office365.

Office365 doesn’t allow username/password (basic authentication) for IMAP, only Modern Authentication such as OAuth2 etc works.

So kindly confirm whether this feature is available because I will purchase only if this is there.

Currently only username/password authentication is supported, I’ll see if we can add OAuth support with next update as well though.

how to hide api doc link?

You can open .env file in BeDesk folder and add this line at the end:

HIDE_DOCS_BUTTONS=true

After installing and inserting a lot of content in the Article section, we went to the introduction section of the support site for users, when we realized that our system does not have a registration section. why????

It uses recaptcha v3 by default and does not require solving a puzzle in most cases. There should still be a recpatcha logo in bottom right corner though.

Register page problem?

We should have an option to use recaptcha v2 instead with next update.

Without creating redirects for LOGIN and REGISTER, how can the paths be updated?

What file or files need to be updated is all we would need.

Basically, we do not need end users to login to Help Center yet want both buttons shown to direct to another URL that connects to the main application.

Went to submit ticket but system will not allow to submit, don’t think renewal of support is needed for simple question of file locations to update this is all.

This is not a simple change unfortunately, it would require modifications to a number of files.

It’s compatible with wasabi and other providers that support s3 API, you can select s3 option in settings page and enter wasabi url in “endpoint” field.

The demo shows this error when entered: Invalid s3 credentials. Unable to list contents for ’’, deep listing Reason: Custom endpoint `s3.eu-central-2.wasabisys.com` was not a valid URI

Try entering “https://s3.eu-central-2.wasabisys.com” instead, it should work then.

This is a solid code base but one missing feature is ability to create an account and submit a ticket at the same time.

Creating an account before submitting a request is an user experience obstacle.

Hi,

Yes, multiple email addresses are supported.

You can change the address from which the emails are sent from settings page. But if you mean you want to send an email from a different address based on some condition, then this would require some custom modifications.

2. You can specify the model you want to use fairly easily, it will default to the latest one though.

Bug Report

Adding a “Custom Link” to the Auth Dropdown in the menu editor, when “Open link in: Same window” is selected, the link does not open in the same window, it opens in a new window.
