Before purchase I have few questions as only 14 themes are not seems to be enough are you planning to add new themes and how soon. After purchase will I will the new themes added to my script. What about the code robustness is is hack proof or enough secure to run and if it hacks how will you help to manage any serious attack and if any of the listed feature does not work how you will manage to make it work. There’s no useful documentation at all. You constantly encounter new errors, and installation is impossible. You’re immediately directed to purchase an additional $199 installation package. I’m waiting since 15th September 05:23 (UTC +6) for the right installation files shown in the documentation. The files were not in the zip file downloaded from codecanyon. Hello, I am encountering an internal server error 500 while trying to access subdomains. If I change the cache system from ‘file’ to ‘redis’ in the .env file, the site works, but it becomes very slow.
redis help to boot site faster, there is no reason it to make your site slow. you can open. support ticket for our team to investigate your issue.

Sorry, but the linked documentation and the installation process are not the same as the purchased one. It is for a different product and not the same content after unpacking. We tried to use the unpacked content anyway and on the server, now we get a 404 page asking for the missing install. Who is the best person to contact for this? Thanks in advance!

Means you can not install this script in multiple domain. however your user can website creation will not effect by this.
