Hi,
got 2 problems so far, always get the error: ” We could not perform this action.”, no matter what I try, adding biolink page, or shortened link.. etc.
And second problem is, when I switch dark/light mode, upon clicking the switch, it always immediately makes the page look weird like an entire chaos, and once i refresh the page the color switched.
There were no errors when I installed it, everything had a green checkmark icon. And I also gave permissions to the folders. Its not the first time I install a codecanyon script. Never had this problem before. Any help would be nice

I just re-installed it and found the problem, I am using cloudflare, the website url was with http:// but I use cloudflare’s full strict https://, when I changed it now to https:// in the installation process, it works.
I will get back to you with ftp details via your contact form on your site if I find other errors and cant fix it on my own.

I have completely reinstalled and edited the admin panel – settings – theme section: Readex Pro and admin panel – settings – custom css page: font-family: Readex Pro; The index page will switch from the default font to the Arial font you check the script again.

The system was working up to version 49, you updated it and it bugged me. I can’t pay for extra support since the update is lifetime. Due to an error in your update, do you agree? I need it to be fixed and it works again as it was before, or you need me to know why there was a bug so I can try to fix it.
The update has no such bugs regarding plan pages.
Did you update all your files and tried with the default english language file?

Hello, Ive just updated to the latest version and I’m having some CSS issues. It appears the Admin menu is not inline with the dashboard. This is only on the main Admin screen when I log in and not on the client side. Also, did you may any changes to the verification status icon? I preferred the circle with the check mark that was next to the avator. is there any way I can go back to that look while keeping the update?

This is due to your host or smtp provider, in which case it is best to try to change the smtp and see if it changes the behavior. If not, then you can determine that the issue is in the host level.

As mentioned above, such issues are coming from your SMTP server or webhost provider.
I, as a script developer, can not solve those for you – only guide you – as they come from the host (blocking the SMTP) or the SMTP not properly working.

Contacted my hosting provider many times. They say your content contains spam words when sending messages. So I need a solution.
A welcome email does not contain any “spam” words.
Get a proper answer from your host and a solution, as they are the ones who can help you.
Or, if you want to change the wordings of a simple welcome email, you can do so from the admin panel – languages – select language – translate app – find the welcome email content and edit it.
However, you should actually work with your host or SMTP provider to not give you such a block, as it makes no sense.
Based on your experience with users who had the same problem, what do you suggest and can you give me more details to help the hosting provider fix the issue?
All customers who had such issue solved it in either ways I mentioned, but it depends on whether you use the SMTP from your host or an external one.
If you use the SMTP from your host, it is best to get more details from your host provider and ask them which words are “spam” and potentially change them or ask them not block you – because the emails you send are simply welcome emails or activation emails.

This means you have missed to upload that file (not existing).
Please try to upload all the files again via FTP.
Please which of the file did i miss?
It is mentioned right in the error from the screenshot you sent!
Or if the file is there, then the permission is not right – please make sure all the permissions are right for all folders and files.

I performed the update, and immediately all the blocks that exist within the links disappeared.
I tried to update twice, and I restored the previous version again, because the current version is no longer containing the blocks, leaving the link unusable.

I saw here that I did not perform the 49.0.0 update. Currently my system is in v48.1.0. I downloaded the files and the How to update – old folder has files from 4.0.0 to 4.0.1 to 8.0.0 to 8.0.1 AND UP
