How can l fix error coming page not found 404
I can’t understand! Since the last update users cannot promote reels or images ( tabs need refresh to respond ) I have contacted you and you said it was a server error, but there is nothing! You forwarded me to tech but they didn’t service me because my support had expired, any ideas?

hello zamblek, this is really frustrating, this was working before! why all of a sudden it’s asking for secret key! i have contacted about this and you said contact support, which your bot will automatically close ticket because my support has expired. there’s no freaking documentation about where put any secret key of such for voice note! it keeps telling me invalid key after you click in stop recording for it to process and upload! secret key is internal code and not something to set or edit.
This error means you have issue with your side configuration and need to be handled so extend your support and open a support ticket and our team will guide you about your issue.
this is very very unfair, there are some certain issues you need not ask to renew support. take for example issues caused by you guys. this was working before and all of a sudden not working which I believe after the last update! now you’re saying is internal code. there’s no harm in even directing a customer or giving them a hint on what to do. or file to check, if they can’t afford to renew support and have you guys fix it yourself. then if you have given them instructions on what to do, if they can still figure it out they should pay for support renew to help them fix the problem themselves. but no any little thing renew support!
What you asking for is the totally unfair not just for us but for any author here in Codecanyon you get the item with 6 months of support and life-time updates and you want after your support expired to give you the technical support also for FREE claiming that everything not working is code issue. Sorry no otherwise no author will continue like this.
Your issue is not code issue and if there is code issue you can report it from demo and our team will check it and fix it for next update as usual, This is normal.
And once you get your support extension you will see how it’s not code issue at all

Quick question about Sngine Dashboard Settings > Reach > Announcements
It would be nice to separate specific announcements depending on a users Verification status.
Is it possible to control Announcement visibility to Non-Verified and Verified users?

Hi Team Zamblek.. we kindly also ask you start communicating via your Sngine blog (and/or demo site). We hate Facebook/Meta and will never log in or click a FB link. So we need to have an alternative way to stay inform on Sngine development and announcements. Thank you for understanding.

What were the minor bug fixes?
Minor bug means something will not break the script functionality and only occurs for rare cases for example: the total number of verification requests in admin panel was not correct if all verification request user is deleted

i would like to know if there’s going to be any improvements to sngine algorithm in future updates, most especially how users interact with the platform, where the platform recommends similar contents to a content the previously interacted with, by liking, reading/viewing for a particular amount of time and probably adding to save.
also a platform like this ought to have chatting settings in chat section, in one to one chat, users can customize chat, edit privacy settings, notifications settings and any other settings, like restricting user from calling or video calls, which should ne under privacy settings too.

Hello. I wanted to buy your script, but luckily I visited Twilio, BulkSMS, Infobip and Msg91 to find out the prices for sending SMS. When I saw the prices, my eyes almost popped. The price for 1 SMS in the country where I live is at least $0.32 (Infobip) to $0.45 (Twilio)! This is very expensive, paying $320 ~ $450 for 1000 SMS! Is it possible to integrate with other services, such as Firebase, after purchasing?

Definitely fix rewind in reels (mobile). Block page reload on mobile phones when rewinding reels. Rewinding reels is very necessary.
Aaa now I see that it must be a page reload because the address changes with each reels. but going back to the bottom doesn’t work as well as scrolling reels up. Will you do something about it?
In the app with rewind reels it’s a bit better, although there’s also some overload. But rewind reels works better.
Please, once again. Build two different verifications: “Identity” (blue check mark), “adulthood” ( Adult check mark). This is necessary and important. This cannot be combined, because it excludes verification Identities of Persons Below the Age of Adulthood, because then they will have access to adult posts if it stays like it is now.
Adult verification should provide additional access only to posts marked as for adults. Identity verification should not provide access to adult posts. This will also achieve that adult posts will only be seen by those who want to, not all people with the blue checkmark.
