I hope this message finds you well. We have encountered an issue with the withdrawal process in the system for restaurant partners. Currently, even after enabling the withdrawal option as the default through the admin and restaurant panel, restaurant owners are required to re-enter their bank details each time they initiate a withdrawal. This seems redundant, as the system should ideally retain these details for subsequent withdrawals once they’ve been filled in and enabled as default.
To resolve this issue, I would like to request a system enhancement where the bank details are saved after being entered once and do not need to be re-entered for every withdrawal. This would greatly improve the user experience for our restaurant partners and streamline the withdrawal process.

Hi team, why don’t you create a web app new project where customer can Create a Quotation request by selecting services provided in app like catering painting and any services which goes to all listed vendors and vendors update their Quote and customers get notified instantly in like 15 minutes and customers chooses the best Quote and contact the vendors. Admin earns by providing leads to vendors like this. It can get good sales . Please think over this as next project.

Deliveryman Management: add an option for automatic assign driver based on his AVAILABILITY and LOCATION, if the driver is available and in the nearest location of the restaurant then he will get the order to pickup and deliver to the customer. This logics is very important.
Also add a wallet system for the vendor so they can load credits which will be deducted each successful order delivery. This is a must have function and you literally missed it. WHO WILL PAY THE DRIVER???

2.) Notification Issues: We tested the system and noticed a couple of issues:
When a customer places an order, the restaurant does not receive any notifications or alert sounds. The restaurant staff must refresh the page to know they have received an order. Additionally, when the restaurant sends a message to the customer, the customer does not receive any alerts.
We are impressed with the app and are eager to proceed with the purchase. However, we would appreciate your assistance in resolving these issues.

Sorry sir, there is a possibility you will not get the notification when the app is in the background or the device is locked. If you need this kind of feature then you need to do modification. We didn’t add it by default because if we add this sometimes google play and app store will reject the app, they need more information why you need background access and nontechnical buyers don’t understand that. They just blame us. So by default, it is not available sir. Thank you.
