Thank you for updated Reels. But I think you’re missing the feature of reporting short videos (Reels)
You can do it from original post itself that contains the reel but will add shortcut button for that for sure,More features will be added to Reels in next update
I know this has been requested several times, probably since 4 years ago, But here I go once more
It would be great if we could add chunk file upload to avoid Cloudflare’s 100M limit.
We have this in our WIP list for next future updates, Thanks a lot for your feedback and concern.
How do I set up and what do I do in this section please. FFMPEG enabled Enable FFMPEG to convert and optimize videos to mp4 FFMPEG Binary Path Example: Linux(/usr/bin/ffmpeg) or Windows(C:ffmpegbin fmpeg.exe)
FFmpeg is a powerful open-source software suite for handling multimedia data, including video, audio, and other types of files and streams. It provides a collection of libraries and command-line tools for encoding, decoding, transcoding, filtering, streaming, and playing multimedia content.
Sngine uses it to convert video to multiple resolutions and watermark videos and generate thumbnails … etc
To install it you need to back to your hosting support or server admin to help you, Check this to learn more: https://blog.sngine.com/install-ffmpeg/

Good afternoon, when I go to the static page option and choose for it to be an external link, it does not give the option to enter the url, the site’s url appears, not allowing me to enter the external url.
https://ibb.co/WP1S45MIt should work like this: https://ibb.co/mJYx4CY
It’s browser cache issue, Remove any browser cache and cookies ( Check this to learn how: https://bit.ly/SngineClearCache )
Is it possible to show the Group badge also on the post timeline and everywhere else?
Thanks a lot for your feedback in the next future releases we will take this in our consideration.
After working with the new update I notice how big update this was. This script is the most flexible social script on codecanyon! Keep doing the great work!

Yes, this is one of the new feature of the v3.13
Check this to learn more: https://blog.sngine.com/whats-new-with-v3-13/How can we activate in the new app version the push notifications? Is it over One Signal? Because were testing the Android app at the moment. And its sends no push notifications to the users phone. Or did we miss something?
As info also: We added Android as plattform in One-Signal correctly. Added the AppID into the new apk. When we send an test notification with OneSignal. It is working. But we receive no notifications from the app when for example someone like a post, message, copmment etc.
push the update to Google Play Store, And Try to remove the app from your device and re-install it again
We removed it from the device. And installed the new build APK with the changes. But still not working. We did not receive any push notis from the app.
You pushed it to Google Play Store?
No. We tested it just with an APK. And installed the APK on the device without publishing it.
Then push it to Google Play Store
OKay we will try it like this. But what is the difference? It is the same APK/files or not?

hello, BUG : comments are not auto-refreshing when “live” is running example : i go live, a user post a comment (i see it), i post answer (it doesnt appear in comments in user side in sidebar) but it appears in live image could you please have it fixed? thank you
It’s not a bug, Comments from the viewer point of view also auto refreshing but replies on comments no, This is how it works: https://ibb.co/qpSgYnm
But we have future plans to make also replies work as comments too
Is there a group voice chat feature?
No
Hi The basic info section on a user profile automatically moves to the bottom as the user keeps posting, how about you make it permanent pinned or sticked to the top just like facebook….. because imagine a user made like 100 posts, people will have to scroll down past the 100 posts to find their basic info or other profile informations
Thanks for your feedback
Photo upload doesn’t seem to be working on blogs, still works fine on newsfeed post. Also, do you have plans to wrap the side menu (like on news feed) into the pages listed under the “Explore” heading?
To report Bug you can contact us from the contact form: https://codecanyon.net/user/zamblek and report it with example from the demo version https://demo.sngine.com/ so we can reproduce and trace the bug and fix it [screenshots will be great and bug with no example or a test case will not be accepted]

I opened a support ticket
Hello Can I add a section of myself to the Discover section? if i can how can i do it
What do you mean by that?
Hello, just to report that Sngine doesn’t work smoothly under php v8.x (but system requirements passed), the problem is signup process last step: not displaying the welcome screen and checking your email address, etc. instead get 500 error. Under php v7.4.x works perfectly signup process (and system requirements also passed). Affected versions: Sngine v3.12 & v3.13 (I hope I don’t have to buy a renew support for this reporting).
Sngine demo workin on PHP 8+ also development team working and using it
Plus you assumed that your PHP configuration for both versions are the same which is totally not
So yes you will need to have renew your support and open a support ticket and our support team will help you
I didn’t assumed that PHP configurations for both versions are the same but I said that in both cases system requirements was passed. So if it’s passed but it doesn’t work and I need to renew the license, it would be good to correct the terms of use, because this script is not a one-time fee, it’s a subscription. And customers are misled and then they astonish how much the script actually costs. So it would be a blessing if sale communication was more clear and ethical.
Therefore, I recommend a more correct system requirements check, so that something that does not meet the requirements in the PHP configuration does not succeed, for example because it is missing or incorrectly set (which is not revealed, because debug is not actually on the default configuration, in fact debug is inaccessible without paid support, which is unacceptable).
By the way, where is the public documentation on how I can use debug if I set false to true?
Nowhere public documentation about correct debug using? Well, then it’s tied to the software vendor, because customers can’t debug anything without paying to vendor, which in itself is fine, but nobody knows about it before buy (rather subscribe) the product.
Anyway the most surprising thing is that I would have to pay for this report/comment also. I don’t know if there is any lower than that. So, all the best!
You can enable the debugging mode from config file
Yes, it can be set from false to true, as I also said earlier, and so what? Nothing. Either way, have to pay anyway, since don’t have the correct documentation about debugging (there’s nothing) but system requirements is passed. It’s easier to say that Sngine is heavily dependent on paid support, because passed system requirements is not true in all cases.
There is nothing needed else than set it to true
Finally If there is a bug you don’t have to own valid support to report it and if you think there is a bug report that to our development team and they will check and verify your report
Are you saying that debug is not for the customer developer but for vendor developers?
It’s available for everyone, from config file set debug to true and that is it
We have one simple question, You think this issue you have is an issue from Sngine itself or issue from your server side configuration ?
Simple answer. If something met the system requirements for both versions while not being the same, then the system requirements checker is incomplete, not complete if it generates error for one and not the other (while both passed).
These are general system requirements which will guarantee that Sngine will work fine but we can’t make a script to check every single PHP function and each PHP lib enabled or not
Plus it can be issue from your PHP version configuration and has nothing to do with Sngine system requirements
Finally if you think it’s a Sngine issue then contact our development team however if you think it is your server side issue or configuration then extend your support and open a support ticket and our support team will help you with no problem
Then general system requirements will not guarantee that Sngine will work fine (plus there is no usable debug, just a switcher for I don’t know for who). That would be correct sale speech. That’s all.
Yes it will not guarantee 100% because it can be issue from your PHP version configuration and has nothing to do with Sngine system requirements and we can’t check everything single line of PHP configuration this is totally impossible
Debug mode is a flag to enable the PHP display errors so you or us or anyone debug your website will be able to see the errors as long as your PHP display error flag enabled on your PHP configuration too
Your comment: “These are general system requirements which will guarantee that Sngine will work fine”. And later this is also your comment: “it will not guarantee 100%”. I guess that speaks for itself. Issue closed.
Yes both sentences are valid, For Example Sngine check if PHP GD extension is enabled (which we can check) so if enabled Sngine will work fine as long as it configured right so it’s will guarantee that Sngine will work fine but will not guarantee 100% because there something we can’t check which your own configuration like in PHP 7.4+ you enabled GD extension without disabling any function of it however in your PHP 8.x+ config the GD extension is enabled but at disabled_functions your PHP configuration disabled some functions of this extensions. Which the same as you own case now PHP 7.4 working fine but PHP 8.X is not.
So passing the system requirements will guarantee that Sngine will work fine but at the same time will not guarantee 100%
Finally we have nothing to hide here, You can check the comments of other clients we have no issue to fix and handle any reported issue or bug as long as it’s valid and it’s a bug and need our code to be edited.
I think that you know exactly what the script needs, what it doesn’t need and exactly what it can call to run without errors, because you write it. Cheers!
Yes this is the dream checking script which will never exist but we are trying to reach its maximum as mush as possible
Then (for example) WordPress Site Health tool is an exist “never exist” dream that is no longer dream but “awakened”
Even WordPress checking script fails too in a lot of cases (No clean code 100%) and we have a lot of experience with that too.
But it’s most robust for sure, Why? Because WP is open source with thousands of developers and millions of users so issue(s) will be much easier to be detected and handled.
Finally and from our side we are doing our best too
Never fails if everything is up to date.
Sure, With thousands of developers and millions of users so issue(s) will be much easier to be detected and handled
All I said was that I recommend a more correct system requirements check. Very basic thing that checking the need to run flawless (really flawless).
Thanks a lot of your feedback and concern and sure we will do our best.
You are welcome.
