Is there a way for users to select “Same as billing address” for their shipping address at checkout?

By default, the shipping address is the same as the billing address. Just ensure to not check the “ship to a different address” checkbox: https://nimb.ws/s4YZt23

I’ll reply with my email where you can send the login data. Meanwhile, try to give a look at the browser error console. There might be some javascript error caused by 3rd party that might prevent the plugin javascript files from being properly executed by the browser javascript engine. This might be the cause why the buttons are not doing anything.

Try to deactivate and reactivate any random plugin, it should help your WordPress updater component to force the update retrieval.

Hello, according the plugin description, the plugin can be activated on two Domains. I want to use it on smartblock.shop/de and smartblock.shop/en

The first activation works. Unfortunately the second activation doesn’t work (error: “Purchase code is invalid!”). Was the key activated on another domain, and if yes and it be deactivated?

I’ve checked and the pruchase code is associated only with the “smartblock” domain. No additional domain is associated with it.

When activating the second time, ensure you are using a fully HTML5 compliant browser. Ensure also that no other plugin is interfering with the activation process.

The latest version according to the changelog is 24.8. But Wordpress is prompting to update to 24.9.

Why does it say my license is invalid? We bought the plugin a month ago….

The license can be activated in two distinct domains. In case the domains available for that license have been consumed, it will prompt a different message.

In your case, it just seems that something is preventing the activation from being properly performed. Try eventually to just delete the plugin and reinstall it. If you still experience the issue, If send me via private message (click on my name and then use the low-right box) the following data:

Is this plugin compatible with the WooCommerce checkout block? If not, will it be soon?

I’m sorry but the checkout blocks are not triggering any actions or filter that allows the plugin to hook and do its job.

As reported in the plugin description page, the plugin requires using the default checkout template.

Why cannot I download the latest version manually? I don’t need an auto update but the manual version is 2.4.7 and not 2.4.8. Still waiting for a response.

I’m sorry, but the plugin only fills the checkout form with the custom address that is present in the customer address book. Once filled, the address in the form is managed by WooCommerce as it happens also when the plugin is disabled.

You should contact the support of the plugin you are using to create the PDF asking why the shipping address of the orders is not displayed.

The have to be copied into the language folder. You can edit them using Po Editor or any program you wish.

Hello, your plugin constantly returns two errors:

1.- strpos(): Passing null to parameter #1 ($haystack) of type string is deprecated

2.- str_replace(): Passing null to parameter #3 ($subject) of type array|string is deprecated

Both seem to be generated by the add_submenu_page() function (wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-multiple-customer-addresses/classes/vendor/vanquish/admin/ActivationPage.php) on line 72.

Please fix them as soon as possible.

I’m sorry, but I’m in normal conditions, so I’m not able to recreate the issue. Furthermore, as you can see by editing the ActivationPage.php (classes\admin) at line 72 there any invocation to the strpos() and str_replace() functions.

Could you provide a more detailed description of your scenario? In this way, I can try to recreate it, analyze the cause of the issue, and fix it.
