Hello guys, I have a question regarding your frontend submission plugin… Does it have some access management? When the user adds a submission is it possible to edit it by ONLY the same user (and admin of course), so he is restricted only to his own submissions and cannot view or edit others?

I am experiencing an issue with your plugin. I uploaded a CSV file containing 938 locations, and everything seemed to work fine initially. The plugin successfully geolocated 928 of the locations, but I had to manually geolocate the remaining 10. While handling the first of these manually, everything worked as expected, but after that, the plugin stopped functioning properly.
Now, when I try to manage or add a location, I am unable to open the accordion tabs. Additionally, when I open the preview window for the page containing my map shortcode, I encounter a WordPress critical error. I attempted to delete all the locations and re-upload them, but the issue persists, and the tabs still won’t open. We even tried this on a clean fresh new Wordpress install. And the issue persists.
Could you please help me resolve this issue? I’ll be glad to send our CSV file as you can test as well.

We have a lot of KML files with a description of if they are serviceable and if so what type of service. We’d like for a person to be able to search for their address and the description box that we have in the KML file popup and zoom into their address. We have about 50 different KML files we would need on one map. Is this possible?

Thanks for contacting us! We didn’t test our plugin with 50 KMLs files but as we know, there is no limit to add KML layers on the google maps. So if you can provide us your KML files in a zip file, we can test it our side.
Second, for the search functionality within the KML file, we have to customize the plugin for sure, we don’t have this feature in this plugin.

I recently purchased the plugin but am having trouble uploading the CSV file. The sample file provided by the plugin seems to be damaged, so I found the file in the plugin folder instead. I copied my information into that file and uploaded the CSV, but the plugin isn’t recognizing the columns correctly. All the data is being placed into one category.

So according to this, you can calculate your pricing. Though $200 free credit is enough for most of the websites for 25000 maps view/month.

Currently, I don’t utilize the auto-suggest or directions features on my website. As you can see on the page, I only have a few filters and location recognition implemented.

Have you got an update to a promise feature of being able to include a link in a location’s InfoWindow to Google Maps app using the infowindow location so the user can get directions to it. You mentioned 3 years ago it would be a new feature in upcoming update.
For exampple, user opens Map -> Selects location -> Views Info window -> Clicks on Get Directions -> Redirected to Google Maps App
