When entering shortcodes, the content is not displayed as explained in your documentation. Although I followed every step of your documentation. Of course, I also tried the option to turn off other plugins, in case it collides with one of them and causes a problem, but I didn’t find any improvement. Otherwise, I use the Avada theme. I hope I was helpful with my user experience.
I’ve visited your site and noticed that there are no reviews under any of the products at the moment. Additionally, I also see that our plugin is disabled, it’s hard to determine if there’s a conflict. However, I can’t say for certain if this is just a settings issue.

As far as I remember, it is not stated anywhere in your documentation that it will not work in the Worpress environment on the Avada platform. That’s why I would like to ask you and your team to refund my money for the software, which I assume has a bug in it and does not work as described in your official documentation.
Yes, it actually requires WordPress and WooCommerce to works, and I don’t think it’s a conflict with Avada unless you get to show the reviews via shortcode after you disable Avada theme.
Upon my testing on the site, I see that there’s no reviews under any product. I think that’s why there’s no review to show when you use the shortcode. Still, I can’t say for sure if that’s the reason or it is indeed a conflict with Avada, or any other party, without direct test. Just that we haven’t received any same reports with Avada so far.

That’s right, the option key ‘_wcpr_nkt_setting’ belongs to our plugin. It stores all plugin settings and is loaded once when the page is first accessed to retrieve configuration details. This key should not be removed, as doing so would result in the loss of all plugin settings.
For site speed optimization, you may focus on reducing the initial load size, using lazy load (for your site, not specifically for the WooCommerce Photo Reviews plugin, as it doesn’t support lazy loading yet), optimizing image size, etc.

Yes, we have that. Please find the “Enable load-more button” option under General setting tab.

The only thing I find on Google relating this matter is the “WooCommerce Product Reviews Pro” plugin, which is a WooCommerce official plugin.
It does suggest that one can add nested replies to reviews, however, I can’t be sure that activating this plugin won’t “break” your WooCommerce Photo Reviews Pro Plugin. It also costs 79$ so I don’t want to throw away money.
I was hoping you could tell me if this plugin will do the thing. I don’t need any other of the features it includes because WooCommerce Photo Review Pro has it all, but I wonder if by installing this plugin parallel to your plugin, will make your plugin have nested reviews automatically, or with a small tweak.

Yes your plugins shows reviews in Google search with the default WooCommerce integration. But I want to shows them in Google Shopping Ads. Campaign. For this I need to submit the product reviews feed XML. I don’t this any option to generate en XML from your app.

For reviews, we do add ALT attribute by default and it’s product title. And the ALT attribute is visible if an image has it. However, an important note is that we don’t “import” ALT attribute. In case you import reviews and those review images don’t have ALT, you would need to add the attribute manually, or use a 3rd plugin to auto add the attribute for you.

Right now, there’s a bulk import button that we can import reviews for multiple products with one click on the “All Products” page of the admin panel, as long as those products are imported from AliExpress and keep the original AliExpress SKU. Reviews for Amazon products can only be imported one by one by the chrome extension only. We understand this can be time-consuming, and we appreciate your suggestion for improvement.

So, if the importation runs in the background, all at once, then if I want to import 500 reviews, it will be a chaos. If it cannot be divided into several tasks to lower the occupation of the website resources, I can manually import it 50 reviews x 10 times. But in this case, is there any feature to configure a off-set to the reviews already import so that the imported reviews won’t be imported again in my second round?
