I would like to ask if this module is already compatible with the latest Perfex CRM versions, especially version 3.2+. If not, could you please provide an update to ensure full compatibility and stability with Perfex CRM 3.2 and higher?

Hi,
this module seems to break our Web to Lead form (standard perfex form). The form will not submit custom fields and will also not display the thank you screen after hitting send.
I can reproduce this error. Each time I activate the module the above-mentioned error occurs.
I also noticed that checklist items with the option auto-add are not being added to web-to-lead leads. This might actually be related to the above issue, I haven’t tested it yet.

Thank you for your question. The checklist shows both the creation date and the completion date. You can view these details by clicking on the arrow icon at the beginning of each checklist item.

I would like to congratulate you for the excellent work on the current module and share some suggestions for improvement:
- Assigning checklists in templates: Would it be possible, when creating a template, to assign a specific checklist and also create tasks assigned by default? For example:
- List 1:
- Send quote
- Quote follow-up call (task assigned to another team member)
- Send quote via WhatsApp
- Request company data
- List 2:
- Call to schedule meeting (task assigned to another team member)
- Print quote
- Create meeting in calendar
- Checklist selection when creating a lead: It would be useful if, when creating a lead, the system asks for the checklist to be assigned. It would be ideal if this option could be configured as mandatory or not, depending on the user’s needs.
- Value of the opportunity when creating a lead: Currently there is a field for the value of the opportunity or the business. I propose that, when creating a lead, the system asks what services or products the lead needs and allows the total value of the opportunity to be automatically calculated. For example:
- Product or service required:
- Website / Price: 150
- Logo design / Price: 40
- Business card design / Price: 15
- Total value of the opportunity: 205
This would facilitate a clear view of the potential value of the business with each lead.

Would it be possible to improve the reach of the CRM plugin by incorporating an enhancement that allows for the recording and visualization of the level of interest and the quality of interactions with leads using a color-coding system (green, yellow, red)?
The idea is that after each interaction (call, email, meeting), the sales team can assign a color that represents the prospect’s status according to the following criteria:
- Green: High interest or high-quality interaction.
- Yellow: Medium interest or average quality.
- Red: Low interest or low quality.
Additionally, it would be ideal if this functionality allows for:
- Interaction Logging: Capture information about each interaction, including the type of action (call, email, meeting), date, responsible person, and outcome.
- Checklist: Include an automatic checklist to assess the quality of interactions, with predefined questions that the sales team must complete.
- Log Record: Maintain a log record detailing who performed each action, when, and with what result, to facilitate tracking and performance analysis.
Example of Log Record:
