In this software the whitelist is a list of accounts you do not want to interact with (it’s more like a blacklist). Concerning the message you get, it’s from Instagram, not from this software. You are probably limited by Instagram.

You can scrape the Followers and Following of an Instagram account without having its password. But you cannot delete an Instagram account without its password. You cannot remove the Followers of an account if it’s not your account.

Hi, you can simply target the Followers or Following or Likes. If you want to use this kind of filters, I recommend you InstaMAX with the Pro version there are several filters like “min followers, max followers, min following, max following, business, verified, private, follows you, joined recently” and more are added regularly.
